Does anyone think there will be a point where ronnie begins to attack the rest of the planning board members in the same manner he went after those on the TB who he back stabbed or is this a different situation?

How could they leave such important comments out of the minutes...that is absurd. Someone needs to get their head smacked for leaving out details...that's what minutes are for, to legally document the activities.  That pi$$e$ me off, and if I were the Chairman I would not have taken it too lightly to be threatened like that...totally unprofessional.

You know its the minutes from 4/3 which are not posted yet so it might actually show up yet.

Zee's threats are nothing more than smoke and mirrors at it's best!! UNLESS of course...cvs isn't doing that great of a business to begin with. If cvs thinks they can make a profit and their is a demand for their service/products.....they ain't goin' anywhere too soon.

As far as walgreens.......they'll knock 'em all out of the box. But where the hell is rotterdam going to put a walgreens? Clearly not in the middle of town. Ya wanna talk about a 'big box' and 'increased traffic!!! OMG! The west end of rotterdam is the only logical place for 'big box' walgreens.....imho.

Looks like TB has found way to push CVS approval. So question in my mind is why do we need a planning commission if their reviews and recommendations are not accepted by the TB?
