I just heard it from another person, there's an significant interest in a multi-residential type of "half way" house in the area. If it's Firetree, it might be a good spot - right up the road from the DSS and adult entertainment, including peep shows and gin mills. The "neighbors" wouldn't really argue I don't think ... it makes it a residential property instead of a "big box" commercial. Might be a good fit?
I wonder if WTEN - T/U has anything on this yet. |
