Mertz will soon be added to the roster of those whose names we shall not repeat. His sneaky attempts to run his candidate against a sitting judge brings shame on our town. There is no reason to ever challenge a sitting judge and some would say it is an attempt to influence the fairness of the judicial system itself to run any kind of race against a non-partisan jurist. Hopefully some day all judges will be appointed by a judicial convention made up of the hard working members of the Bar, and-or the Governor so as to keep newcomers ...with no experience in the law or the criminal justice system.... OUT of making a mess of our courts. Screw John Mertz---may be rot in a heap of stag's dung. What he has done to our town is an atrocity--- and it serves us fair warning as to the desires of newcomers from outside the county and what their true and evil agenda is. |
