I recommend grits with your smoked kielbasa ....... the best Grits I ever tried were actually served at a place in western central Tennessee....oddly I dream of combing the grits of Tennessee with the smoked Kielbasa of Texas -- washed down with an Ommegang served fresh from their fine brewery in Cooperstown....I expect to sell several hundred of these platters on nights where the profits benefit the local Democratic Party..This platter and beer combination is what I call the BBQ Tri-fecta PLUS! I may call it the "Diane" since it is so wonderful.

Actually, I would offer my homage to Diane with a more classy dish than just kielbasa and grits -- to represent a very classy lady --
as for the grits served in Tennessee the best was served at a family run restaurant just west of Nashville -- but still not as good as my own version of grits.
Nashville is an swesome city -- a great example of how consolidating a city with its surrounding county to form one municipality -- can bring about prosperity and improved services.
Oh -- and as for the nights that proceeds will be donated to the Democratic Party -- I would pledge that 5% of ALL profits -- would be donated to the town and county committees -- and 10 % to my church.

Maybe we'll get a good barbecue place on Curry Road, at the shopping plaza, or at 4 Corners, or maybe there will be enough room in the food court in Rotterdam Square, or maybe over where Stash and Stella's was will be a good place, or maybe once one of the rumored anchor stores in RSM close, it will be replaced with this WONDERFUL addition that is so needed. I mean everything is so successful in Rotterdam under the current administrations, I'm surprised that you could find any one place to have enough room for this to move into...
