The dems probably want to save the water to keep their cronies going well, you know making ice cubes at the Rocovery is a more important than people washing their clothes, their dishes, keeping themselves clean, watering their garden (oh, wait, that's probably already over saturated), |

No announcement on the town's website
No anouncement on the county's website.
I could figure that to be the case on Rotterdam Junction, but no reason for the whole town. Nor info whether it is still in effect. Guess the town leader are too busy campaigning |
