If the studies by the experts are done I will not jeopardize the safety of children and single mothers and young families and the elderly by doing a bunch of political tea party things against public safety. THAT is how I feel about it and stop attacking me like I am a Palinesq bimbo who doesn't understand anything!  GG

The article says it was a planned protest during a busy evening commute on a Thursday. Not too many elderly or families using mass transit at rush hour. A single mother forced by economic necessity to bring young children out at that time would have been wise to find alternate means of transportationfor that one day. I for one would not bring small children to the scene of a protest, whether or not they had cell phone service. In America, we have a right to assemble and protest. We can't let imaginary "safety" concerns take away our rights that our forefathers died for.
Why does someone always bring children into it? What children?

"Good government" in San Francisco? Huh? Who? Can someone translate this gibberish into English? What are you idiots talking about? You obviously know nothing the Bay Area, BART or public safety. This is a way to suppress free speech. It's pathetic how the left that had it's greatest moment in Berkeley during the Free Speech Movement has fallen off the rails with Obama, Taxin Tonko and the other local DEM idiots too numerous to mention.

The replacement of morality and conscience with law produces a deadly paradox.
