Mertzie was ostracized because he wasn't a 'home grown, game playing, self motivated, friends and family club, gumba ganster'!! He was and is smarter and more focused than the average rotterdamian politician. He clearly had the taxpayer's interest in the forefront.

NICKI asks why work was completed in spring of 2010 but we are just now receiving the invoice.

BOB – The Park Land Fees are not to be used for repairs / maintenance.
FDG – now he remembers that MG had the invoice but didn’t process for payment because it was only supposed to be a repair, not a total replacement roof.

Nicki- We asked the Assessor to attend this meeting to explain how he arrived at these values (res 226.11 and 227.11).   Where is he?  MIA
Brick – The settlement values for 226.11 and 227.11 were offered by the Town Assessor.  He is attorney for both parties and offered his version of the Assessor’s story.
WAYNE – If Board requests that a dept head be present at the meeting, the Supervisor  should arrange this.
FDG – this was built just after the Civil War and is overtaxed in my opinion.
BOB – Checked the folders for these changes. 226.11 was reported as a clerical error RP552 form.

Mr. Malazinsky –2400 calls per year per REMS website so why only $39,000? We need to get the contract signed. What about the ALS monies for 2010 and 2011?  FDG – there wasn’t a contract in place so they couldn’t collect ALS fees.
