You forget Obama's cronyism, militarism, and despotism.  You combine those and it makes up the
other "ism".

Cicero seems to be struggling to find his desired 'ism'.  I'll post this chart to help him in his quest...

Where would Anarchism list in your little line up

"In the beginning of a change, the Patriot is a scarce man, brave, hated and scorned. When his cause succeeds, however, the timid join him, for then it costs nothing to be a Patriot."

Not sure... My guess is that an Anarchist is the absence of any of the above 'isms'.

This must be the "official" political spectrum.  Ya keep it simple don't ya box, attaching simple symbols to a governing philosophy.

I love how the Republican elephant is labeled conservatism and the Democrat donkey is labeled Democrat and not liberal.  Keep redefining and keep the people confused.  It prevents the masses from ever communicating because the language isn't the same.  It isn't done by accident.

Way to Go Barry O.!!!

Porn Stars' Presidential Endorsements!

Kayden Kross: "I'm voting for Obama because he inhales when he smokes, he supports gay marriage, because he follows me on Twitter, because he has managed to push a lot through despite being mostly hogtied by partisan bulls--t, because his agendas are good for the majority of people and not just the majority of a voting base — which is also being hogtied — and because when I voted for him the first time I didn't expect him to wave a magic wand and fix everything overnight. We all know that is impossible, like Republican empathy and Romney's tax records."

"Way to go, quoting a porn star to validate a Republican campaign narrative.  Awesome!"

You like the tit for tat game?  This was a response to Joebxr's silly post on the Romney thread.  I even edited out the number 8 that was on the original headline on the RR website.

I know what it was... I copied your post that you seem to think is appropriate for an Obama thread, but not for
a Fascist Romney thread.

No, I really think it was a pointless post on the Romney thread, so I made the same pointless post on the Obama thread.  I think they are both pointless, but Joebxr's post on the Obama thread was misleading, especially since of the 8 porn start that were asked who they support, I think 7 out of 8 support Obama.  So I posted a similar misleading headline by editing the number 8.

BTW...I never state whether I think it's appropriate or inappropriate, I don't care, it's silly.

So you post silly too...laugable...do you think Libertarian's post ( http://www.rotterdamny.net/m-1307459125/s-555/ ) is silly and all the other posts that are links/snips from the internet that are just as mindless. You are a hypocrite...you tell me in other posts that you have the right to post and direct a thread anyway you want, but then slam me for posting something that IS appropriate about Romney. And I did post the LINK for everyone to see ALL the information.

Well Joe, the link you provided sends me to a page with a political cartoon.  Based on what I see, I do not see any clever editing used to mislead the reader.  You on the other hand, you post a headline leaving out the number 8 and post the Jamison comment supporting Mitt Romney leaving out the other 7 porn stars and who they support for president.  If you were honest, you would have put that story on the Obama thread since the majority of porn stars in that story supported Obama.

Admit it joe, you were caught…You pulled an NBC “news” edit.  You edited the headline to mislead people into believing the opposite to the facts.  No big deal…You’ve been undressed…So pull your pants back up and don’t do it again. LOL

Nazis were National Socialists.
Socialism isn't just a leftist idea.

Nazi's used the term "Socialist"  when naming the Nazi National "Socialism" movement.  Nazi's
were not "socialists".

Sorry but it's kind of a long explanation:

National Socialism (common English short form Nazism, German: Nationalsozialismus) was the ideology
of the Nazi Party and Nazi Germany.  It is a variety of fascism that incorporates biological
racism and antisemitism.
Nazism used elements of the far-right racist Völkisch German nationalist movement and the
anti-communist Freikorps paramilitary culture which fought against the communists in post-World
War I Germany.

Major elements of Nazism have been described as far-right, such as allowing domination of
society by people deemed racially superior, while purging society of people declared inferior.

Nazi Führer Adolf Hitler had objected to the party's previous leader's decision to use the
word "Socialist" in its name as Hitler at the time instead preferred to use "Social Revolutionary".

Upon taking over the leadership, Hitler kept the term but defined "socialism" as meaning a
commitment of an individual to a community. Hitler also claimed that unconditional equality
of opportunity for all "racially sound" Aryan males was the essence of the "Socialism" of
"National Socialism".

Initially, Nazi political strategy used anti-big business, anti-bourgeois, and anti-capitalist
rhetoric. This was downplayed in the 1930s to gain the support of industrial owners,
and it shifted more to anti-Semitic and anti-Marxist themes.

(The term "socialism" as used by the Nazis has very little to do with what we could call
a "socialist" government of today.)

philosophy; that is, the search for a superior moral justification for selfishness.
