"Who is willing to defend the Republican nominee for President? Perhaps his vice-president, Paul Ryan,
is the man for the job. Ryan tried to clarify Romney’s position by joining him in criticizing dependency
on the government, but he ended up declaring that his boss’ statements were ‘inelegant’ and
inarticulate. Asked during an interview with a New Hampshire station whether he agreed with Romney’s
remarks, he simply answered, “No.”

If your vice-president has difficulty standing up for you, where is your campaign headed, Mitt? "

"For all we know, Mitt Romney could be one of those who paid no federal income tax."

-- Sen. Harry Reid, in a speech on the Senate floor today.

When Romney was vetting VP candidates, he required 10 years of tax returns... Why not the same rule for
himself?  For all we know The Mitt may not have paid ANY taxes from 2002-2009.

Come on now....haven't you realized that Mitt-Dog is above others and lives by his own different set of rules.  He does as he wants but expectations of those lower (yes the 47%'s too), is different.  For all those of you that vote for him, and "if" he gets elected....GET READY TO GRAB YOUR ANKLES.  THIS GUY IS MORE DANGEROUS THAN WHAT WE HAVE!!!! I am starting to see a lot of similarities between Mitt-dog and Georgie-Worst

Romney Ahead in Poll!

NEW YORK
—Republican Presidential nominee Mitt Romney got a rare piece of good news today, as a new poll
showed him faring well among voters who have never heard him speak.

According to the poll, which has a margin of error of three points, Mr. Romney garnered positive ratings
among voters who agreed with the statement, “I have never seen Mitt Romney say or do anything.”
The poll showed Mr. Romney doing especially well among certain demographic groups, including people
who had been trapped in a mine cave-in or who had recently awoken from a coma.

For Romney campaign manager Matt Rhoades, the poll results offer “an amazing opportunity” for the
campaign: “We have to identify those voters who have never heard Mitt talk and make sure they never do.”
(The Borowitz Report)

Can't disagree.
What bothers me is that Romney said he would balance the budget by eliminating programs that aren't needed......who determines if they are needed? What he thinks is not needed might not be the same opinion as others or even the general taxpaying, voting public

my point exactly...who decides if you are 'poor' or if you are 'rich'.....

who makes the value that we live under????

who decides whether or not you have donated enough to the 'poor'?

who decides if you have done enough community service?

who decides when your company has reached a predetermined value and it is no longer 'yours'?

why can't I buy beer with food stamps?

but I can get 'free' anti depressants from medicaid?

I can even get ADD meds, why? because you don't want me to question authority and actually drill you for reasons?

...you are a product of your environment, your environment is a product of your priorities, your priorities are a product of you......

The replacement of morality and conscience with law produces a deadly paradox.

This is an outrage.

Everyone knows that beer is a vegetable.

Or made of vegetables, whatever, close enough.

Doesn't it also piss you off that the person in line paying with food stamps has perfectly manicured nails and hair, possibly some discreet tattoos, about $1,000 worth of gold haning aorund their neck, and driving a fairly new luxury car????  WTF is wrong with our system that they can't fix that....abuse and excess in spending, is dealt with head on would help reduce the deficit by some astronomical figure.....because it is that widespread.  and don't get me started on fake disability claims....cuz I got a neighbor who is one of the biggest frauds....I've even reported it to the state and NOTHING GETS DONE!!!! Those are the things that are broken that could be fixed but are not high on anyone's agenda!!!!

No it doesn't piss me off.

You must have some Romney DNA in you.

Tax cuts for the rich unbalanced the tax system.

Cutting social services will only increase crime and incarceration costs.

People won't just die off quietly.

VietNam?

Is that where you learned your intolerance?

Food stamp abuse is the least of your problems.

You hate people for dressing too nice while accepting food stamps.

Try aiming that hate at the people who cause poverty and joblessness.

Being on the baby killing team is not something to be proud of.

Of course it was self defense, they were a threat.

Just following orders.

No threat existed.

You helped invade a country.

Killing the resisters.

Cowards fought in Viet Nam.

They were afraid to face the consequences of asking why?

Name one Viet Namese person that ever did anything to America before we invaded.

Name one Iraqi that ever did anything to America before we invaded.

It can only happen because of mindless twits like you, that get the blood on your hands for the overlords.

I was back in the US voicing opposition to the invasion, trying to bring you idiots home alive.

So you could return and hate people for not looking like paupers while getting their entitlements.

Romney’s hit parade —

insulting the British,

inviting Clint Eastwood to the Republican convention,

flubbing Libya and now dismissing half the nation as parasites —

“Corporations are people, my friend.”

“I like being able to fire people.”

“I’m not concerned about the very poor.”

“I’m also unemployed.”

“Ann drives a couple of Cadillacs.”

“Ten thousand bucks? $10,000 bet?”

“I have some great friends that are NASCAR team owners.”

“There were a couple of times I wondered whether I was going to get a pink slip.”

“I’m running for office, for Pete’s sake; we can’t have illegals.”
