Mitt Romney's botched Libya response: Could it cost him the election?

Almost everyone agrees: Romney flubbed his reaction to the anti-American violence in Egypt and
Libya. Come November, will voters hold it against him?

LOL...The response to the embassy tweet condemning the attacks on U.S. Embassies on 9/11 will cost Romney the election - and not Obama's foreign policy flubs that sparked that attacks?  That is some unbelievable logic.  But... I can acutally see how a large segment of the population could draw such an illogical conclusion.  Box a Rox is my constant reminder of it.

I tend to agree, Cicero seldom sees what is obvious to the rest of us.

Joe Scarborough on Romney:

Quoted Text
"And the lesson is clear: If we want to win the battle of ideas in the long term, we should be
willing to face the fact that Mitt Romney is likely to lose -- and should, given that he's neither a true
conservative nor a courageous moderate. He's just an ambitious man. Nothing wrong with that,
except when you want to be president. Great leaders combine ambition and ideas and conviction."

Romney Surrounded by Bush Neocons

Washington Post reporter Nia Malika Henderson on Thursday noted that Republican presidential candidate
Mitt Romney had selected neoconservatives from the Bush administration to be his foreign policy advisers.

“He is surrounded by neocons from the Bush administration, people that Colin Powell called ‘too far to the
right’ in terms of what he believed was the right course for American policy,” she said on MSNBC.

More than 70 percent of Romney’s foreign policy advisers worked for the Bush administration, according
to The Nation. One of Romney’s closest foreign policy advisers, Dan Senor, is the former spokesman for
the American government in Iraq.

Eight of Romney’s foreign policy advisers also participated in the Project for a New American Century, a
neoconservative think tank that influenced Bush’s military and foreign policies.

“Part of Mitt Romney’s foreign policy is that he wants to expand the military by 100,000 troops, bring
up the level of support up to 4 percent of the GDP.

"No, middle income is $200,000 to $250,000 and less."

-- Mitt Romney, in an interview on ABC News, when asked if $100,000 was middle income.
The Census Bureau reported this week that the median household income is just over $50,000.

So he has a higher ceiling on middle class income, so what?...It is consistent with Obama when he talks about the "rich" paying their fair share... According to Obama, the rich start at 250k+...

The latest New York Times/CBS News poll finds President Obama has taken away Mitt Romney's
longstanding advantage as the candidate most likely to fix the economy and create jobs.

"The poll also found that more likely voters give an edge to Mr. Obama on foreign policy, Medicare and
addressing the challenges of the middle class. The only major issue on which Mr. Romney held an advantage
was handling the federal budget deficit."

Sad.  Paul isn't a candidate, you've got a choice, like it or not.  More of the same with Obama, or try something new.

You all are good on "vote them out" - but when it comes down to it, you're giving your vote back to Obama if you write in Ron Paul.

Support RP's principles - vote for the people that support those principles to MAKE those laws in Congress.

Stop wasting your vote.  If it means something to you, DO SOMETHING about it.
