'The Government' and those 1%'ers are YOU......via elections....so what exactly do our elections get us?

A MIRROR

...you are a product of your environment, your environment is a product of your priorities, your priorities are a product of you......

The replacement of morality and conscience with law produces a deadly paradox.

Lol - Inherited events.  Keep propping up those straw men and knocking them down.  Most of the public educated ignoramuses don't know how to identify a straw man argument.  You tell somebody it’s a straw man; they would think you are talking about a scarecrow.

Oh, that's right, each administraton starts from scratch and doesn't inherit any of the baggage of previous administrations.......

A quote from Willard Mitt Romney

A ruse.  A sham. A dodge.  A deceit.  A LIE!

Romney has Republican opposition in Virginia...

Former Rep. Virgil Goode Jr. (R-VA) has qualified for the presidential ballot in Virginia as the Constitution
Party's nominee, adding a potential obstacle to Mitt Romney's hopes of a presidential victory.
Washington Post.

Not a bad place for a Ron Paul Protest Vote against the GOP!

Bill Clinton on the National Debt:

Bill Clinton pointed to the giant national debt clock that Republicans had at their convention, saying,
"You see that debt clock?"
"They built it!"

Clinton also criticized Republicans for going after former President George H.W. Bush when he tried to reduce
the national debt and told the crowd that President Obama is not responsible for most of the national debt:

"We had a projected surplus of $5.7 trillion and turned it into a projected debt of $5.8 trillion over the next
10 years. We would have been out of debt by next year or the year after next."
The reason President Obama did that stimulus is, when interest rates are zero, and there is no private activity,
if the government does not step in to put people to work and to help people get through the day, they won't
make it.

So his contribution to that big ol' debt clock that you saw is the $800 billion stimulus. All those other trillions
and trillions of dollars? He had nothing to do with that."

The solution, said Clinton, was to pass the recommendations by the Simpson-Bowles debt commission
and "pass a 10-year plan to reduce the debt, starting the year after growth has clearly returned."

Time will tell... I'm betting Romney calls their bluff and doesn't pay..
If they have them, then confirming them with his won't hurt much, especially with 5 weeks until election day.
If they have doctored copies, he releases the real ones and actually may get a bump because of it.
And if they are BS'ing, no harm.

They are no hacker group, they are burglary suspects.

I doubt that anything so sensitive (if they really do have them) can be kept a secret for long.
Of course no ransom will be paid.  Once they are released, Romney could always claim that they are
doctored returns and not his.

Obama has a 33%+ share of it, or 5.7 trillion of it....He extended the Bush tax cuts and continued the wars...and growth clearly returned??? I thought it was!

He'd have to release the real ones to prove it...If I was making the decision, it would be worth the gamble...unless his returns are worse than the doctored ones.
