FDG - the stars on the monument
Why is there sales tax????
Bob - there is little profit in the stars

Nicki - jack shealy was named senior citizen of year

PUBLIC COMMENT
Diane Marco reads letter about camera donation to the senior center
And then states that the installed cameras were ordered removed by the supervisor

FDH- states the cameras were installed to watch workers in the brass rail and you can't observe workers

Diane states they were installed for the safety of the seniors

Jack shealy - the seniors love the cameras- they feel safer - you were told by two employees who show up late to work and didn't want to be seen
Jack mentions Mollies termination and it is a HOPT POTATO –
Bob – we cant discuss that
A senior was robbed at walmart and the cameras solved the crime

Todd koza- States he discussted by the town board today waiting for mr godlewski to start today’s meeting –he stated he read in the spotlight that Mrs Deliva had informed the board a month in advance and they did not vote for a recess to secure ALL board members votes on the REMS subject

houses that he mentioned to this board earlier are still in disrepair 1 on broadway with the open attic one on kramer 4 on curry and the house across from the pilot truck stop
Put the demolition out to bid and start moving removing them

Also on the time warner franchise please include a clause for 20 per cent build out it is not 1970 anymore and this action would foster economic development

Matt - it is the board members responsibility to show up for the meeting

Nicki - I am glad this was brought up I was for REMS then the phone calls
We REMS will fold in 2 weeks if the vote fails - that didn't happen
We REMS will fold if we don't get our gas card - that didn't happen
We REMS will fold without a contract - that didn't happen

As this is hard to type insert Joanne's video here!!!!!!

My vote would have been NO

Jack sheally - add the mr kozas list the house next to me on crane street
The house is vacant and trash everywhere the house is being for closed on

FDG - talk to public works - it takes 90 days to get things resolved

Todd koza - use the power of home rule and pass some local laws/codes to shorten the time frame

Kelly - FDG you are a liar - I spoke with you on the issue and you lied to me

Lots of conversation in the audience

Kelly calls bob a liar

Bob steps away on his cell phone in middle of kelly's public comment -

Kelly calls matt a liar

Lisa dufek tries to unplug the mic cable from the wall

Michele Gannon(sp) stands up and VERY FIRMLY tells lisa to leave the town equipment alone

Lisa returns to her seat as bob return to his board seat

Miscellaneous
- bob - we awarded that because they were the low bid we did it fair and open
You bid things out to get taxpayers the best buy

Meeting adjourned

Outside 3 RPD officers were seen talking with Kelly and putting on their black gloves
Just as kelly departed town property a forth RPD arrived

4 police officers dispatched to remove kelly from town hall for:
Calling FDG a liar on delaying the previous meeting
Calling matt  a liar on the rems issue
Calling bob a liar on the rems issue

I can see the headlines now!!

Team Revitalize Rotterdam holds Jerry Springer Show style Town Board Meeting
Crowd chanting "FRANKY' - "FRANKY" - "FRANKY" while Lisa D. tried to pull the mic cord?

I'm disappointed!!  Where is the Dilemma special, "I have more questions than answers."  Although the "I was lied to" approach seems to work just as well.  ND has been lied to more than Maria Shriver, Elizabeth Edwards and the Watergate investigators combined,  But hey, if the made for TV movies need someone to play the victim, I know just the person (and she'll have time for a part time job come the new year).

Call me a stickler, I had problems with scumbag millionaire lawyer John Edwards claiming to be the voice for working America...I have the same problem with someone making six figures a year off the overburdened city taxpayer teet, living outside that city, and constantly claiming to champion the cause of the taxpayer.  Do as I say (when I'm not being lied to or I have answers not questions) not as I do!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When they replay this on OSM, they should loop clips from the movie "Psycho" in, and run the theme song, or better yet, the "Cops" theme song as KR is being pulled out in handcuffs!!!

Oh what a night it was...

Tippy got most of it accurate...I'm sure it was difficult with all of the 'background'  noise - lol.

Tippy...thanks for filling in our forum friends while I have been busy with phone calls since I left tonight, as you might imagine.

Actually I had no intention of speaking tonight...but there was no way I was going to listen to the three amigos, FDG, BG and MM, lie to the public.

FDG denied an agreement made in front of the entire Board, two reporters and myself at the agenda meeting before the last Town meeting that they
would wait for ND to arrive to vote on the ems contract after rightfully blasting them for scheduling the vote on that date when she told them a month
in advance that she could not be at that meeting and not to schedule that vote for that date. MM conveniently claimed that they had no obligation to
wait for her, despite that agreement....which he said she didn't "put in writing".

I went to the podium and told FDG that he is a liar...that he told me in his office the day before that meeting that he would wait for her to vote on
those resolutions. (I didn't mention this at the podium but he also said that he and BG didn't have a third vote for Mohawk...I told him ND would
be his third vote, making it all the more vital to wait for her) He said he would start the meeting late, and recess if necessary.

BG instantly became agitated...turned to FDG and said I was out of order and would have to leave...Town Clerk Michelle told him he can't make me
stop talking...which I did not. By this time members of the audience were talking and shouting...but I continued. BG insisted that my comments
were not acceptable because it was my word against FDG...FDG then shouted at me that I am a liar.

I confronted BG with his statements made to me after the agenda meeting the day before...which was "I'll do what I think is right"...which he
confirmed...and I told him that if rewarding what amounts to grand theft with a contract is his idea of "right", I don't even want to know what his
idea of wrong might be.

The noise around the room was building...I continued on to MM. I confronted him with his comments in a discussion between him and myself that
took place after that same agenda meeting in the conference room where it is held...when I said to him that the only statements of value in the
REMS proposal were those that made it clear that REMS has a full awareness and understanding of the proper procedure for the billing and
reimbursement of ALS funds to the Town, with which he agreed. At first he acted as if he didn't remember...I asked if he too was going to deny his
own statements...he then confirmed his agreement on that point, which I considered to be critical.

During my comments, the Defect approached the podium and attempted to unplug the microphone....Michelle told her to get away from it and she
returned to her seat...although I don't think she could have figured out how to do it anyway.

Then ND moved to adjourn while BG was now calling the police...I seconded the motion - lol.

Then they had the nerve to state that I was interrupting...I said excuse me but I am the one being interrupted.

The audience dispersed...by the time I got outside three police cars were there...and more approaching. I told one of the officers what happened...he
said well the meeting is over anyway so it was no big deal. I told them I was leaving on my own volition, but I respectfully made it clear...this is a PUBLIC meeting, in a PUBLIC building...and we are in a PUBLIC parking lot...unless I had done something illegal, which I did not, I am under no obligation to
leave...they cannot legally force me to leave...and confronting BG with his own statements isn't illegal.

The patrol cars continued to arrive...another in an SUV...and I found out after I left that more continued to arrive...when finally Chief Hamilton
showed up...I haven't seen or heard a word from any of them since I left.
