Ron Paul, not even in public office anymore and still being demagogued.  What is that Margret Thatcher quote again?

Paul has not taken himself out of the next presidential election... He has been a candidate for the
last three cycles... what  makes you think that he won't run again in '16?
Paul is as much a candidate as Hillary, or Jeb Bush (except Hillary and Bush are actually qualified)

Its easier for box to attack Paul who isn't even a politician anymore then to admit the failings of Obama.

Below is what Ron Paul had to say about the United Nations while in office:
Those bureaucrats are not satisfied by meddling only in international disputes, however. The UN increasingly wants to influence our domestic environmental, trade, labor, tax, and gun laws. Its global planners fully intend to expand the UN into a true world government, complete with taxes, courts, and a standing army. This is not an alarmist statement; these facts are readily promoted on the UN’s own website. UN planners do not care about national sovereignty; in fact they are actively hostile to it. They correctly view it as an obstacle to their plans. They simply aren’t interested in our Constitution and republican form of government.

The choice is very clear: we either follow the Constitution or submit to UN global governance. American national sovereignty cannot survive if we allow our domestic laws to be crafted by an international body. This needs to be stated publicly more often. If we continue down the UN path, America as we know it will cease to exist.

Ron Paul Calls on United Nations to Confiscate Domain Names of His Supporters

By RonPaul.com on February 8, 2013

Earlier today, Ron Paul filed an international UDRP complaint against RonPaul.com and RonPaul.org with WIPO, a global governing body that is an agency of the United Nations. The complaint calls on the agency to expropriate the two domain names from his supporters without compensation and hand them over to Ron Paul.

Obama Failings???
I know of a few:
~No Gitmo closure...
~No Universal coverage in Obamacare...
~Attempting bi-partisanship with the unwilling Party of No...
~Taking until next year to get out of Afghanistan...
~Failing to push the AWB effectively...
~Choking on the First Presidential Debate...
~Seating Michelle to sit next to Crying John Boner at the inauguration... (Poor Michelle)
Yes, Obama has had his failures.

Ask Henry, or a few others on this board if Ron Paul is 'irrelevant'... I think they might disagree.

They still burn incense in his honor every night at their Ron Paul Groupie Shrine.

Libertarians don’t have “thought leaders” and we don’t want or need them. A movement that stresses
the importance of the individual shouldn’t have thought leaders. We don’t support people who say they
are libertarians but we do support those that promote libertarianism by their actions.

Ron Paul Wants RonPaul.com Back
But what about the Ron Paul Revolution? The former Texas congressman and outspoken
anti-government crusader filed a complaint with the World Intellectual Property Organization
over the website RonPaul.com, according to a blog post on the site on Friday. RonPaul.com is
controlled by some of Paul’s followers, who founded the site in 2008 and helped foster grassroots
support for him in that presidential campaign. The owners of the site said they contacted Paul
last month and said that although they still wanted control of RonPaul.com, they offered him
their mailing list for $250,000 and the use of RonPaul.org as a “free gift.”
Paul instead filed a  complaint with the U.N.-backed tribunal, a group that Paul has long
called for disbanding.

Hypocrite!
