If RP doesn't like the rules he, as a REPUBLICAN, should address the issue before an election year. I think you missed the point...you and your media "facts" have been reporting Paul placing 2nd, 3rd, or 4th during the primary's and polling <10%, yet now he is suddenly on the ballot at the convention and still raising millions and holding rallies for thousands of supporter.
