Gee...let me guess.....FDG (who worked with McGarry last time) is gonna try and pull a NNTP (ala McGarry and Amedore) to tank the Dems this year.   Good luck.

If that's what they did, then they should have no problem considering they easily beat Tommasone and friends.  But BM and FDG won't have it so easy this year, TJ is advising his team, not GP.

Dem landslide.  No doubt about it.  Nntp has little gop support.  Town gop wouldnt even endorse them.  Had to go to nissky for it.  Last time i checked nisky residents dont vote in rotterdam.

"Town gop wouldnt endore them"?  You mean GP with his fake committee people, pretending like there was a real committee.  Even controlling the votes GP still couldn't get enough to support him to run - MY GOODNESS!!!   Though you do have to give him credit for not voting for himself - this time

This gets funnier by the minute, so Gp (who thinks he's the GOP), asked himself to run???? AND he told himself no????

You crack me up!!!!  He was a "great town board member"     Really?  OM Goodness, I am rolling on the floor laughing.  He ruined any chance of the incumbants winning, appoints himself to the town board, raises taxes and supports a new tax district, loses an attack on a well respected and loved assemblyman, openly supports a democrap, destroys the efforts to bring the party together, continues to be disloyal to the party and has pushed away anyone and everyone that ever had a nice thing to say about him.  So really?  Are you that crazy?

GP and the rest who are fleeing the rep party was the BEST thing that ever happened to the local rep party!! It is cathartic!! NOW....the rep party can continue to rebuild and run a slate of 'real' conservative reps who want to bring the rep party back to it's roots!! HURRAY!! The electorate has been waiting a very long time for this change and it is finally here!

Thought I'd never say this..............but KUDOS to Mr. Buchannan!!

GP was asked by Donovan and Buchanan and even McGarry and Tomaselli to run accdg to my sources.  Zero...give it up with your delusions.  R u claiming the public thinks FDG is a better board member than GP?  Paaaleeese.   But then again you think Amedore is doing a great job so maybe in your world that is the case!

No New Tax Party endorsements similar to GOP picks
John Purcell 07/15/11

The New No Tax Party endorsements look very similar to the Republican endorsements for the upcoming election.

The independent ballot line for the NNTP, which was formed by the Republican-endorsed Brian McGarry, reinforces the Republican endorsements for the Town of Rotterdam and Schenectady County Legislator candidates in District 4. There is one exception with the NNTP endorsements, which supports retired Schenectady Police Investigator James Bradshaw for Rotterdam Town Justice. The Democrats and Republicans supported incumbent Town Justice Kevin Mercoglan, who has served the town for 16 years.

Besides Bradshaw, the NNTP endorsed McGarry for Town Supervisor and Chris Tomaselli and Joseph Villano for Town Board, as well as incumbent Highway Superintendent James Longo. The County Legislature endorsements include Wade Abbott and Stanley Marchinkowski for seats in the district representing Rotterdam. Outside of Rotterdam representatives, the party endorsed Patricia Zollinger for a County Legislature seat in District 2 representing the southern half Schenectady.

“I am honored to run with these committed individuals who espouse and who exemplify in their private lives the fiscally conservative principles that are desperately needed at all levels of government”, McGarry said in a statement. “I believe that the residents will embrace our shared vision and our commitment to hold the line on property taxes.”......................>>>>...........................>>>>...........................http://www.spotlightnews.com/news/view_news.php?news_id=1310766878

There is no Rotterdam GOP...all the long time repubs have gotten out of dodge.  Ask Joe Signore if its easy to win when your own repubs dont support the ticket!

And there were no town GOP endorsements...accdg to the Supreme Court in Schenectady....so might as well stop pretending.
