Actually, it made me find ALL six of my children's birth certificates, and guess what--THEY ALL SAY CERTIFICATE OF LIVE BIRTH. Well as you all know, for Rotterdamians, Albany is out of the country!
Post script to above post--brtw, my husband was not born in ths country and his birth certificate translates out to "Birth Certificate." Go figure--(he was born in a war-torn country famous for its terrorists...ITALY)
