This occurred to me the other day when I heard about this issue again about his birth certificate not being available.

What did he use to get his driver license with?
How did he obtain soc sec card
What did he produce to get a job
What did he use to get a passport

Optimists close their eyes and pretend problems are non existent.
Better to have open eyes, see the truths, acknowledge the negatives, and
speak up for the people rather than the politicos and their rich cronies.

Want to see it?

You can read about people who have seen, touched, examined and photographed Barack Obama's original birth certificate....

That's not a birth certificate...It's a certificate of live birth.  Two completely different documents.  Certificate of live birth is a hospital document, and a birth certificate is a government document.  I don't know many people(if any) that still have their certificate of live birth.  It's not a legally recognized document as proof of birth in the U.S.

Hawaiian legal statute:

“[§338-17.8]  Certificates for children born out of State.
(a)  Upon application of an adult or the legal parents of a minor child, the director of health shall issue a birth certificate for such adult or minor, provided that proof has been submitted to the director of health that the legal parents of such individual while living without the Territory or State of Hawaii had declared the Territory or State of Hawaii as their legal residence for at least one year immediately preceding the birth or adoption of such child.
(b)  Proof of legal residency shall be submitted to the director of health in any manner that the director shall deem appropriate.  The director of health may also adopt any rules pursuant to chapter 91 that he or she may deem necessary or proper to prevent fraudulent applications for birth certificates and to require any further information or proof of events necessary for completion of a birth certificate.
(c)  The fee for each application for registration shall be established by rule adopted pursuant to chapter 91. [L 1982, c 182, §1]”

MC,
Besides the Obama Birth Certificate (Called a certificate of live birth) for everyone born in Hawaii at the time, there is also this nagging historical FACT...
Hawaii has two major newspapers, the Honolulu Advertiser and the Star Bulletin...
BOTH newspapers include birth announcements, and BOTH newspapers record the August 4th, 1961 birth of Barack Obama.

Along with:
"I, Dr. Chiyome Fukino, director of the Hawaii State Department of Health, have seen the original vital records maintained on file by the Hawaii State Department of Health verifying Barack Hussein Obama was born in Hawaii and is a natural-born American citizen. "

Birthers, UFO enthusiasts, Who shot JR, Bermuda Triangle buffs, Alien Abductions witnesses ... all seem to thrive in the Republican Party.

You've sipped from the Kool-Aid fountain one too many times Tommy:

State of Hawaii official Statement October 2008
“Therefore, I as Director of Health for the State of Hawai‘i, along with the Registrar of Vital Statistics who has statutory authority to oversee and maintain these type of vital records, have personally seen and verified that the Hawaii State Department of Health has Sen. Obama’s original birth certificate on record in accordance with state policies and procedures.”

CNN President John Klein had asked CNN researchers to dig into the question of why Obama couldn’t produce the original birth certificate. The researchers contacted the Hawaii Health Dept. and confirmed that paper documents were discarded in 2001 when the department went paperless. That reportedly includes Pres. Obama’s original birth certificate. Confounding the problem? Department Of Health head Dr. Chiyome Fukino wasn’t in office until 2002. Oops.

The Daily KOS exhibit is titled Certificate of Live Birth and it clearly states that it was created on a laser printer, which means it can’t possibly be Obama’s original birth certificate. We know this for a fact because, as Congress just acknowledged, Obama was born in 1961, many years before the very first use of laser printers in supermarket checkout machines. So it’s a duplicate document or it’s some sort of artwork; we can’t distinguish which it is with certainty. Anyone who relies on this document is indulging in faith-based politics.

Trump sends investigators to Hawaii to look into Obama
By: CNN Political Producer Alexander Mooney

Washington (CNN) – Self-proclaimed birther Donald Trump is now so doubtful of President Obama's birthplace that he's sent a team of his own investigators to Hawaii in hopes of getting to the bottom of the issue.

That's according to Trump himself, who, in an interview with NBC, warned his investigators just might uncover "one of the greatest cons in the history of politics and beyond."

"I have people that have been studying it and they cannot believe what they're finding," Trump said an interview that aired Thursday Morning.

Asked if he has assigned people specifically to search in Hawaii, Trump said, "Absolutely."

The business mogul, who in a new NBC News/Wall Street Journal Poll is tied for second place among potential presidential candidates, also suggested the president is involved in an ongoing cover-up over the matter.

"He spent $2 million in legal fees trying on to get away from this issue, and if it weren't an issue, why wouldn't he just solve it?" he said. "I wish he would because if he doesn't, it's one of the greatest scams in the history of politics and in the history, period. You are not allowed to be a president if you're not born in this country. Right now, I have real doubts."

Just to humor MT, below is the entire quote... taken from USA Today (7/28/2009):

"I, Dr. Chiyome Fukino, director of the Hawaii State Department of Health, have seen the original vital records maintained on file by the Hawaii State Department of Health verifying Barack Hussein Obama was born in Hawaii and is a natural-born American citizen. I have nothing further to add to this statement or my original statement issued in October 2008 over eight months ago...."
.

The Birthers will disregard any fact...like the birth announcements in two local Hawaii papers announcing Barack Obama's birth.
For reasonable people, read below where you can find most of the latest Birther Conspiracy BS, along with the Truth:

Yep, Snopes gets their info from FactCheck - there's absolutely no bias in their "facts" - after inbibing on the party kool aid.  Snopes was once a good place to start for facts and debunking hoaxes and scams - they've taken a decidedly left turn in the past 3-4 years.  It's simply a husband/wife team doing the "investigating".

Snopes, routinely cited by many as the final word on both frivolous and important stories, is not the well-staffed think tank of researchers, journalists and computer hacks one might expect – but rather, the work of David and Barbara Mikkelson, living in a Los Angeles suburb.

Do you mean that the Right Just Disregards ANY Fact that contridicts their agenda??? LMAO    Of course they do!

So tell me MT, how do you explain that Barack Obama had his birth announcement in two seperate Hawaii news papers when he was born there???
Did some Leftist Liberal sneak into the archives of those newspapers and replace every single copy with bogus documents?  Do Ya think so???
Or do you think that back in 1961, Barack Obama's mom, knowing that her son was going to run for US President, put bogus announcements in two newspapers, just so that her little boy could some day claim to be a US Citizen???

How about the Bermuda Triangle and Alien abductions??? believe in those also???

There seems to be no more fertile ground for conspiracy theroys than the mind of Right Winger who's party lost an election.

With a train wreck of a Presidency so far...this birth certificate controversy is a distraction.  Obama would rather have people talking about his birth certificate rather than unemployment, his 3 wars, gas prices approaching record levels, Obamacare, national debt, the deficit, the budget.  Birth certificate is a welcome change to the debate for Obama and the Obamabots like Box.

Does anybody find it peculiar that Trump who has a show on NBC (Obama's PR machine) now jumping on this birther bandwagon all of a sudden?  It's almost as if it's contrived.  Is Trump becoming the story to distract the country from the real fu(k up Obama's presidency really is?

On this we agree Cicero... You'd have to be pretty gullible to believe any of the Birther Propaganda.
