Patches, the 248 units haven't been built yet. You talk about the apartments on Cambell Ave not being filled, what do you think an additional 248 units will do to prices? They will drive down prices and open up Rotterdam to more section 8. At least be philosophically consistent.

But the last three administrations, with Supervisors from the Republican Party, Conservative Party, and now the Democrat Party have all done the same thing, and spot zoned to benefit one of their cronies. Mike O'Connor, Richard Malaczynski and others that supported the NNTP wanted a comprehensive plan to eliminate spot zoning to the highest bidder.
Instead of railing against the "regime", rail against the politics as usual that have been going on for decades and demand a comp plan.
