And I also agree that ND and FS are non-issues in rotterdam. First I heard that FS no longer resides with his parents in NYS...no?
And second ND won because she was on the coat tails of the same revitalizing rotterdam  bunch that she now is working against. She is also just a transplant from the city... ! ND should have stayed in the city and ran for city council cause it looks like her chances are slim to none in rotterdam.......from what I hear.

Yes BT I think you are absolutely correct.  I don't think Mertz slandered FDG.  He slanders a lot of others but I don't think FDG was one of them and that is to his credit.  Mertz was on the right side of that one and so was McGarry as I recall.

Mr. Martin and Mr. Calder have served the town residents honorably and intelligently.
