Have you talked with Johnny Fontane? He is running for Town Jerk against DM. It's all over the Bagel Shop. Yes LF is the most qualified but when has that amounted to a hill of beans?

I always liked Lynn, we worked very well together.  But her support of GP cost her a future run.

DM cannot win against JD.  I also understand that most Reps have already lined up behind John.  He'll have my support for sure.

JD  JD      that's the most qualified.......why not put the Bagel Shop owner in the seati.....DM doesn't qualify  ...sorry....

JD and DM have retired. They both need to stay that way!! They all need to get out of the way and let new folks step up to the plate.....if they dare!!

You are absolutely right MM....the only fair choice is to appoint LF...she is the only individual on whom we already have a
referendum....thousands of residents voted to put her into that office....that should be the barometer...not the mere
five votes on the Town Board...this would be a great opportunity to show the public that they are listening to us.

DM retired from Parks and Rec? Johnny Fontaine vs DM-its been the hot topic at the Bagel Shop for weeks. LF must be taken care of. Hopefully she will run for County Legislator. We must do better than 2 Landslide Savage stooges.

Johnny Fontane was a big baby--remember?  DM could and should beat him out as the town clerk.  AT least DM is committed to the town.  The town was JD's vocation but the town is DM's avocation.  BIG difference.  

DM has worked hard for every penny she has made.  She has been honest and conducted herself with dignity.  She should win easily.  Fiorillo couldn't win with ten lines against an elderly lady who was being publicly maligned.  No Fiorillo is a nice girl but isn't up to the task of running for this.  Yes try her out in the Leg.  But some of you hack REps better do it because if she is tied to Buchanan she will be out again.
