I am skeptical of any claims like this and frankly don't care. Even if any of it IS true, where is the issue with two consenting adults? After all, it isn't like Jim Constantino where he was a teacher touching school girls under his charge while the best and brightest of the RPD never knew nothin'.

I have to agree with you!!! Is this how low rotterdam has sunk???? Is this the latest hot topic at the Rotterdam 'old folks social club'? Social Work, the degree that teaches people how to empower the government to take care of your neighbor. That's the problem with this country, EVERYTHING is institutionalized. Nobody can wake-up in the morning to help somebody without a permit, degree, and liability insurance.
