Writers, Qualify the motive! Your present and future lives depend on it....
by WalterBurien - CAFR1
12/24/10

What is severely missing from the lengthly article per California politics that follows and that I am replying to is the same thing missing from every article I have read along the same lines and is the most important fact and 100% underlying motive of everything being said with that being: How much wealth did they generate for themselves and their friends as they did EXACTLY what they did!

With that information missing it is exactly how brain washing takes place and they get away with what they do. It has to make you think of  the true motive behind writers who put out articles such as the one I am responding to below (I  note the writer is an attorney)

Now if the majority of the articles focused on how much money these people or groups made doing exactly what they did at everyone's expense then they would be on target as to the 100% true cause and motive behind almost every action taken.

Brown and Boxer are mentioned along with others. The 1 + 1 = 2 equation would be to show how many millions of dollars they made and are guaranteed in the future for having done exactly what they have done. When that sorely missing component is prevalently added to the articles we all read on every occasion, then it will sink in as to what all of us are facing: Unrestrained greed without consequences or accountability.

I am a personal believer that in any venue the people should pass and stringently enforce that for every increase in taxation every elected and appointed official should have their pay; benefits; pension; and personal net worth (emphasis added) decreased by an equal percentage times a factor of two. On the other hand for all decreases in the overall cost of operating government in that venue would be the ONLY time those same individuals can have an increase in the before mentioned personal wealth factors. Now if that was done in an equitable and comprehensive way I think we would quickly be on track.

They all do what they do in almost all circumstances due to the "personal" money involved for themselves and business associates. The public needs to force; set; and police the "feeding grounds" resulting in how these individuals get their wealth. By setting the boundary; terms; and close monitoring of the feeding grounds now inherently designed to be in the public's best interests and not the interests of those cutting behind closed door deals that are promoted with great cost and in fact outright detriment for the general population.

That rolling in of easy cash and future wealth for the orchestrators of those events and policies enacted whereby the personal wealth generated by those policy decisions is with specific "terms" and "conditions" is the only smart path to follow.

The easy take that is in place at this time if left unmodified as I suggest here will only lead to an end result of the looters within government walking with the whole kitty and the population left holding a gutted core of what use to be.

Clearly qualify the motive for their acts and then make sure the motive has parameters that truly with consequenses benefits all.

Just a thought and truly yours,

How many governments exist in the United States?
The 1997 Census of Government says it best...
"There were 87,504 governmental units in the United States as of June 1997. In addition to the Federal Government and the 50 state governments, there were 87,453 units of local government. Of these, 39,044 are general purpose local governments - 3,043 county governments and 36,001 subcounty general purpose governments, including 13,726 school district governments and 34,683 special district governments." What wealth is held in your local CAFR's?

1940's Secret "Corporate" Tactic By Which Government Took All!
By Walter Burien
05/10/09

Many people have asked for a simple explanation as to the intent behind the CAFR and what happened over the decades?

Well, in a nut shell here is the foundation block that allowed government to take it all over by investment.

It started in the mid 40's and grew into what we have in government now seventy years latter come 2009.

Government started out as a "pay as you go" structure. By transforming into a corporate liability company over the decades, this gave them the ability to use "advance projections" to strip annual operating funds and create advance forward liability accounts whereby in doing so they were able to by stealth build numerous "wealth bases" of equity in many designated fund balances separate from the budget reports that were exclusively presented for public viewing.

When looking at the "whole picture" through the CAFR and sub investment fund reports noted per gross income, only 1/3rd is tax income whereas when you look at a budget report for the year it gives the impression per gross income that nearly 100% is tax income. Very deceptive when only one side of the coin is presented.

Budget reports are presented giving the false impression that it "is" the true financial picture and it is far from it. What is shown is  primarily tax income for a "selective grouping" of accounts where tax income is collected and expended.

Review a few CAFR surplus reviews - http://cafr1.com/ShowMeTheMoney.html

The takeover by government was primarily orchestrated by attorneys, both private and  acting from within the Judiciary on the city, county, and state level. Many private associations were created since the 40's to push government along into becoming an administrative clearing house for revenue collection and control with many of these private associations calling the shots and firmly entrenched in the ever expanding cash flow from the trough. Laws were "created" as each and every push was moved forward to consolidate and expand the takeover by government as the public was masterfully entertained with distraction, misdirection, and misinformation due to the money involved.

Where has all this brought us today? I strongly recommend that all look at their local "County" CAFR. I have noticed a disturbing trend being forcefully implemented by the attorney complex in control today. (65% of Governors, Senators, and Congressmen are now attorneys) The place to look in your County CAFR is the Statistical Section at the end of the report. Currently most counties will give a ten year or a six year showing of the growth.

Many County CAFRs that I have looked at from the eastern side of the country show that over the last six to ten years:

1. There was a 100% increase in property taxes collected.

2. There was a 100% to 135% increase in the money pouring into the judiciary.

3. There was a 100% to 115% increase in the money pouring in to the prisons run by the county.

One thing I found particularly interesting was that even though their was over a 100% increase in cash flowing into the prisons, the prison average daily population had decreased in many a cases. Also I took note that the personnel working for the prisons was the largest employee base working for the county.

Now there were modest increases in social services programs for the youth, adults, and elderly, but nothing in comparison to the take being facilitated by the attorney complex for Judiciary and Prisons. It appears the trend is gearing up to "process" more people through the courts and prisons based on the money being applied.

Has the increase in processing the people started yet? By the numbers as of 2007 it appears not yet. I have a feeling though by 2010, they will be in full swing and who knows, the reader of this post may just be the lucky recipient of this expanding government service..

The middle class natives are getting restless with massive increases in forced taxation, home confiscations, job loss, and a weakened economy from the last and massive wealth transfer of trillions taken from one hand and transferred to the other hand through international market derivative manipulation. I still would like to know how many trillions of dollars ended up in those off-shore government accounts for a clear showing of profit held in "the other hand".

I will give you an example County CAFR to look at here from 2007. It is from York, PA. - http://cafr1.com/STATES/PA/COUNTY/York2007CAFR.pdf

I am not picking on York but the showing in their statistical section is a clear example of what is brought forward in this article. Look at theirs and then look at your own county CAFR to see if the same findings are evident in your own.

We all are the end target of our government's intent. Where they apply the money and the showing of their own growth establishes their intent.

Look and comprehend. It is your asses that are on the line in the end. Either by paying the bill or as a forced beneficiary of the structure created, or in some cases both.

When the people realize the true end result of allowing attorneys to takeover and run the show and when the people take true action to stop it, then maybe the tide will change. Until then, the stench of death will grow nearer and in most probability ever present in the air as the ever-expanding made "legal" plunder and theft out of opportunity continues unabated..

Michael Moore rallies Wis. pro-union protesters
By TODD RICHMOND, Associated Press
Sun Mar 6, 4:30 am ET

MADISON, Wis. – Liberal filmmaker Michael Moore urged Wisconsin residents Saturday to fight against Republican efforts to strip most public workers of their collective bargaining rights, telling thousands of protesters that "Madison is only the beginning."
The crowd roared in approval as Moore implored demonstrators to keep up their struggle against Republican Gov. Scott Walker's legislation, saying they've galvanized the nation against the wealthy elite and comparing their fight to Egypt's revolt. He also thanked the 14 state Democratic senators who fled Wisconsin to block a vote on the bill, saying they'll go down in history books.
"We're going to do this together. Don't give up. Please don't give up," Moore told the protesters, who have swarmed the Capitol every day for close to three weeks.
Police said there were "tens of thousands" of protesters but didn't give a specific count. The vast majority of the crowd was pro-union, and no one was arrested or cited. Rallies drew huge crowds the previous two Saturdays, too: about 70,000 on Feb. 19, and an even larger one on Feb. 26.
Moore told them that the wealthy have overreached, first taking the working class' money and then taking their souls by shutting them up at the bargaining table. The crowd yelled "thank you" before Moore began to speak, and he responded: "All of America thanks you, Wisconsin."........................>>>>..................>>>>...................http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20110306/ap_on_en_ot/us_wisconsin_budget_unions_protest

Mr.Moore.....it's beyond the parties....and when folks think and believe they have protection and/or friendship from the government and so called
parties is when the downward spiral to diseducation and apathy.....

I certainly hope he isn't leading folks to believe that the first party to show up and put them back into their 'comfort zone' are their savior/friends as long
as status quo continues.....

Workers have a right to control their destiny

I believe the Feb. 21 letter condemning protesters [“For today’s protesters, it’s all about ‘me’”] misses the concept of democracy.
Protesters in Wisconsin and here in New York are simply reacting to dictatorship. It is a matter of the right to negotiate one’s rights.
Democracy is the right of me, the individual. It is not the right of any government official to decide which members of society must give up their rights in a contract, or arbitrarily raising tuition rates without formal negotiation.
Few would disagree that some public pensions have been selfi shly exploited, and that some officials have abused overtime pay, etc. There may even be room to negotiate new contracts, but in a democracy even elected officials do not have the right to arbitrarily determine who is to be punished without due process.
Our government officials have allowed and supported a great crisis in the economy. They cannot just ignore the rights of the people in an irresponsible attempt to cover up their errors by crushing all of the rights of the masses to have a voice in their destiny.

@Shadow

You often post quotes and other "facts" without ever attributing them. In another thread I asked you to post a video or quote of AFL/CIO leader Trumka about his comment on "social justice" and you haven't done so. I've seen videos and quotes from him on many sites, but all of the sites that try to link him to any quote remotely resembling that are using videos of other people, not Trumka.

Here's another one you used, presumably one that got from Fox News or some right-wing blog where Rep. Alcee Hastings was taken out of context during the health care debate. The very short clip aired by Fox News and the right-wing blogs only shows Hastings uttering that one line. If you want to bother actually hearing the entire content of Hastings' comment, look here:

http://www.mediaite.com/online.....e-up-the-rules-clip/

You'll see that Hastings' comment is not nearly as nefarious as you right-wingers would believe. I'd bet that you've actually never even see that video or done any research on it as you're just a Fox News parrot.

I'm still waiting for a source for your Trumka quote.

http://tv.breitbart.com/union-.....-progressive-america not wages for the workers    AFL-CIO Joins Marxist/Progressive Get Out the Vote Alliance
by Jeff Dunetz

On the national level it seems as if the Unions have changed priorities. No longer is their primary objective to protect the rights of their own rank and file, their objectives has moved into politics and selling the progressive and/or Marxist agenda. Hence their support of many of the Administrations policies such as Obamacare, the auto bailout and the financial regulation bill in some cases (such as Obamcare) over  the objections of their membership.

seiusbam

Fresh from their recent wins, the unions are moving into building the base of Marxist, Communist and progressive voters, as evidenced by the AFL/CIO joining a get out the vote effort run by United for Peace and Justice, an origination established to promote an agenda which is both socialist and anti-war.

The announcement the AFL-CIO move was made in People’s World a magazine for the Marxist and Communist movements in the United Sates:

The AFL-CIO executive committee voted unanimously this morning to join One Nation, Working Together, a new national coalition of labor and civil rights groups that has as its purpose to “reorder America’s priorities by investing in the nation’s most valuable resource – its people.”

The labor, civil rights, environmental, faith and other organizations that have formed the new coalition intend to replace unemployment and economic crisis faced by the country’s majority with “nothing less than a future of shared prosperity for all our people,” the AFL-CIO said in a statement after it voted to join One Nation.

“None of us alone have been able to achieve our priorities,” said Richard Trumka, president of the AFL-CIO.

One Nation’s first official act as a coalition will be a march on Washington on Oct. 2, which unions say will energize an army of tens of thousands who will return to their neighborhoods, churches, schools and voting booths to prevent a Republican takeover of Congress in November and begin building a new permanent coalition to fight for a progressive agenda.

The AFL-CIO joins groups such as The NAACP, SEIU 1199, Green for All, National Council of La Raza, US Student Association, and the Center for Community Change in the One Nation, Working Together effort.

The One Nation, Working Together get out the vote movement is led by United for Peace and Justice

You can tell the objectives of an organization by its friends, according to United For Peace and Justice they seek friends who are for “social justice,” “globalization”, and who are against multi-national American corporations.

UFPJ will seek to strengthen our alliances and working relationships with other forces in the antiwar movement, as well as the movements for global economic, environmental and social justice. Our international work will be based on respect for the sovereignty of other nations and a commitment to human rights and international law. We will support and seek cooperation with our sister organizations around the world, and we will act in solidarity with progressive groups and individuals within the United States and the nations occupied by U.S. forces.

The AFL-CIO’s new partners in this get out the socialist vote effort,  the UFPJ’s Steering Committee come from Marxist, progressive, or communist groups including Code Pink, Institute of Policy Studies, Western States Legal Foundation, Wisconsin Network for Peace and Justice, Communist Party USA, Alliance for Community Trainers, American Friends Service Committee, Brooklyn For Peace, National Immigration Solidarity Network, Desis Rising Up and Moving,  and US Campaign to End the Israeli Occupation just to name a few.  At least two of the groups, Solidarity and US Campaign to End The Israeli Occupation, also have a history of Antisemitic activity.

These are the people and organizations that the AFL-CIO has linked up with.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with Marxists, progressives, or even Communists leading a protest to motivate their supporters to come out and vote for their favored candidates. What is wrong is when union leaders to support these groups without the full knowledge and understanding of their membership. When they join up with UFPJ, by association the AFL-CIO is endorsing the agendas of  Marxist, Communist, and progressive groups, whose objectives are social justice,” world-wide redistribution of income (taking money out of their pockets and giving it to workers of less-developed nations) and who are against the multi-national American corporations who sign their paychecks.

I would suspect that the AFL-CIO’s new bedfellows are not being shared with their rank and file, who still believe their leadership is working on solving the problems unique to their unions rather than promote themselves as power brokers for the radical left.

He said it he has to own up to it no matter who's site it's on. Trumpka is a progressive who believes in social justice which is no more than wanting to distribute those who have money to those who don't have enough. Trumpka says he's a progressive all the time and has joined a whole bunch of groups that I would never join unless I believed the same as they do. You sleep with dogs you get fleas.
