The praetorian guard of the chief's pay, pension and holy power.

"While Foreign Terrorists were plotting to murder and maim using homemade bombs in Boston, Democrap officials in Washington DC, Albany and here were busy watching ME and other law abiding American Citizens who are gun owners and taxpayers, in an effort to blame the nation's lack of security on US so that they could have a political scapegoat."

The comedy act in Rotterdam is when the  dozen or so Republicans left in town  pile into a tiny car for their Clown Convention/Town Committee meeting  -----

I hear that the town GOP couldn't even get a trained monkey to volunteer for the "a** kicking" the GOP will getin November 2011.

Ron let me remind you Rep to Dem Salamone wiped the floor with Calder. Calder thought he'd win in a landslide against the child salamone and salamone ate him for dinner. Calder isn't nearly as strong as you claim he is. Perhaps Salamone should run for supervisor for the sole purpose of finishing what he started last year! I'm sure your buddy TJ Hooker would be run out of town if that happened. Not to mention if a child could wipe the floor with Calder I can't imagine what an experienced candidate could do to him...HAHAHA

BT I care not if I am the only socialist on this board at all.  The point is it is the Republicans in Rotterdam who have created a culture of incivility.  Also you have unjustly accused RG of not looking out for the small businsessman that show that you are on the perimeter of the business sector.  As I have stated on another thread, as we continue resettle immigrants in Rotterdam (Bumese and Iraqqi's a new group will be sitting at the table.  The questionable Mulsim mosque in Rotterdam will now beget new mosques in town and that is great diversity.  The Republican party will now need to learn how to be hospitable to the stranger....remember we were all strangers once.  ST administration submarined the town big time and you stood by and cheered him on.

THAT....is where you are mistaken....it is NOT the Republicans NOR the Democrats.......it's a new generation that is stuck with the
crap left over from the gumba days and fading leaves of the leftover gumbas.....I'm not here to defend ST/mertz/police/EE/FDG/BG
or any of the others.....the town NEEDS CHANGE AND WANTS CHANGE....

the problem lies within the OLD SCHOOLYARD CRAP AND GUMBA GANGSTAS....and I will vote NNTP AGAIN as I hope everyone will....

I wont say a vote for change but I will say a vote to get the machine running without all the F'EN cogs stuck in the gears......

and the problem doesn't just lie in Rotterdam's backyard.....it's the whole F'EN state and alot of the country,,,,just full of folks with
'entitlements' and 'they need to do something'.......

So anyone for a Longo family tree? This particular letter writer has written letters bashing Republicans before so I imagine this is simply his signature on a letter penned by TJ Hooker and team.

I am not sure where you got the "he was supposed to win by at least 25" points from.    None of our polls suggested that.

Oh -- and in politics losing by 10 points is not considered "wiping the floor" with your opponent.

The FACT is that Mr. Salamone LOST ...  lost by 10 % of the vote  ... and it is time you folks just accept
reality.

Ron if you were actually on the inside of your party you would know that the plan was for calder to win by 25 and then immediately run for supervisor and take FDG out. That plan crashed and burned because Salamone was far superior and if Salamone had the benefit of FOUR lines calder wouldnt have gotten more than 35%!!! Calder needed FOUR lines to pull out a squeaker!!!

Kinda funny im not on the Democrap committee and I still know more about the inner workings of your party---you must be a real trusted "adviser" BWAHAHAA
