she lead the charge to wast 160k on layers

she suportd the rems tax

she lowered her taxs

like rr          just say no gadfly

The only money wasted on "layers" was wasted on you Doogie....don't see the relevance of enrollment in your comments...but then
again, nothing you say is true and never displays any sense.

ND did not support the REMS tax...but you did.

ND reduced a tax increase for all taxpayers by amending the budget of Dumb and Dumber.

"Just say no" to Doogie.

ND is out in my opinion -

sure she helped reduce a 14% increase to 7% - but that is still an increase

that reduction was based on revenue from ALS billing and increased borrowing from reserve fund - which as far as i can tell no contracts have been established yet so two months in so they probably wont hit their estimated target -

oh and they cut office supplies......

This entire present rotterdam town board....ALL FIVE OF THEM.....are all GRANDSTANDERS!

They are all qualified at bickering and making the rotterdam town board meetings a spectacle.
They are all qualified at firing insults at one another.
They are all qualified at publicly disrespecting each other and town residents.

Funny that just a year ago they were all one big happy family!! That was until ALL of their personal and political egos got in the way!

They are ALL GRANDSTANDERS!!!

The Revitalize Rotterdam team did start pulling daggers early in their administration.  The all out mutiny has begun.  This Town Board is now impotent and incapable of doing the Towns business.  They are all too concerned about positioning themselves for the next election, looking to publically cut the throat of the other board members if and when the time arises.

I’m waiting for the board members to start “snapping” on each other at the meetings.  You know what snaps are?  You know the “Yo mama is so stupid that it took her 2 hours to watch 60 Minutes!” jokes.  I think that’s the next logical progression of this TB.

sorry "related" should be "had its roots in"

and if you grew up in this town you would understand about the "blue sheets"

My family has lived in this town for over 100 years -- I could tell you where every gambling establishment was located and every place where you could get  liquor during the prohibition and after hours.

As for the restaurant on the corner of Crane and Altamont --- my family and I frequented the establishmentquite often  we enjoyed its food and other "activities".

ND  just is not qualified to do the job she has now and that includes her principal post let alone the super's job.  She is a bully--that would be ok if she wa also smart but she isn't.  Gadfly is a bully and smart--she could be super.  The truth is that Dems will win that seat again.  No one wants to go back to the Reps way of thinking.  We now have a huge influx of Muslims who are moving in town now that a new mosque has been opened.  And although they are the Muslim response of Jews for Jesus they are becoming a voting block very quickly.  And guess what--they aren't voting Republican.  The whole conservative tone in Rotterdam will need to change--that means you Reps/Cons Cops etc.  You guys are going to have to take "nice" pills to welcome a diverse community.

Ron Severson, ESQ(wannabe)

RE: People of the State of New York v. Ron Severson

Dear Mr. Severson, we acknowledge you have decided to represent yourself in this matter. Please be advised that the charges pending against you (i.e. illegal gambling) and those which could be pending in the future (i.e. tax fraud for your failure to report taxable gains on gambling income) are serious crimes which could lead to significant prison time. We recommend you seek COMPETENT legal counsel (it is the position of this office that a couple undergrad classes in pre-law do not result in one being deemed qualified to practice law). Based on your previous behavior (i.e. posting on the blogs that you and your family members have violated the laws of the State of New York and the laws of the United States), we do not believe you have the intellectual wherewithal to represent yourself and will be filing a motion with the Court that you be required to obtain counsel.

Very truly yours,

Gadfly so You are saying that ND told everyone she supported rems, had their sign on her lawn sat there at town hall for the results with rems attorney and said she felt bad for rems but that she really wanted the district to fail? Do you have ANYTHING to back that up other than you just don't want to believe she disagreed with you? Furthermore, you think it is a good thing for elected officials to lie about what they want??????????
