Hi Joey!

So how does it feel to be demoted?  Maybe the girls who have been shifted around at Town Hall
will welcome you with open arms into the "how does it feel to get shi+ on club"?

I think that those girls should file a sexual harrassment suit against the town, seems like none
of the men are going through this......

Sooooo ND, MM and WC are actually no better than FDG or BG?

I certainly hope that none of them will be seeking re-election!

And people wonder why there are independent candidates popping up all over.

Unless I'm not understanding this correctly.......JL is a part time attorney for rotterdam who can obviously not address all of the legal issues facing the town. He stated that he needed help.

So was he suggesting that he become FULL TIME, or was he suggesting the hiring of another attorney?

Not sure myself.  When M. God. left to go to the County, it left a large workload since he was full time.  JL initially took the job as part time, and I imagine would have coommunicated to the Board if he had an interest in full time prior to the meeting.  M. God. made $45,000/yr. I believe.  Huge increase for Rotterdam with this new crew.

The $99,000 a year that the former town law firm received was a base -- they got paid additional monies above and beyond that base.   I FOILed and have copies in my files of invoices submitted for reimbursement for phone calls and letters written, billable hours over a the contracted amount per week.

Also, don't forget -- that when the former law firm was brought in to replace the former town attorney -- the previous administration had to continue to employ the former town attorney - because of his contract - over at thetown justice court.   Oh- and don''t forget the cost to the town when it had to hire additional lawyers to handle matters where the town law firm had a conflict of interest.

So -- bottomline -- the former town law firm cost us a lot more than $99,000 per year.

Andy Brick was still the most cost effective town attorney that we had -- he worked 100% of the time for the town and we got our moneys' worth.    He is an expert in municipal law and didn't need extra help to get his job done.
Hindsight is 20/20 -- but Andy Brick should never have been removed as town attorney -- and if memory serves me correctly -- I was the only person who spoke out publicly AGAINST his removal.

The Tommasone and DelGallo administrations could have saved a lot of money and a lot of headaches  -- if they had listened to my free advice.

I don't remember you expounding that the DG admin was wrong about anything in January of 2010. All you did was lick boots (until TJ Hooker ordered you otherwise as of late.)

"While Foreign Terrorists were plotting to murder and maim using homemade bombs in Boston, Democrap officials in Washington DC, Albany and here were busy watching ME and other law abiding American Citizens who are gun owners and taxpayers, in an effort to blame the nation's lack of security on US so that they could have a political scapegoat."

Exact;y.....and DVR proudly campaigned on POINT #3 that the Attys cost too much....even though it was untrue.  Just like the Repubs were tax raiserers was untrue....but it made for nice campaign lit that you willingly handed out around town
