I'm asking the commissioner to post the dates, times and meeting place...and instead of just posting the info for the next meeting, you're telling me to go to Town Hall or search through hundreds posts?

Very transparent.

Worse yet, within weeks after Lisa Dufek, Bill Cook, Frank Del Gallo, Bob God and Tony Cervera get the unceremonious boot in the a_s from the dem 'leaders' after a SWEEP of unprecedented proportions (whether you agree with their politics 100% or not they WON, didn't they?) Obanga comes to town and who gets a seat on the podium? YOU GUESSED IT! PROMINENT REPUBLICAT PETER GUIDERELLI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
SO, THAT is a party who takes care of its own! NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is another Landslide Savage/DEM crony capitalist takeover ala Nisky and the City. Bill Cook is a gentleman and a nice guy. I may not like his politics but he's no ones stooge. He brilliantly engineered a DEM sweep. And Landslide booted him out on his a$$. Why?

Cook was replaced by Landslide Savage echo Tony J. The big cheerleader for the failed REMS tax. A cheerleader for booting business leaders off the IDA and replacing them with diner owners. A cheer leader for continuing the record sales tax and mortgage tax.

Again....the 'old time dems' are being pushed aside by the 'liberal socialist elitists'. It's happening at the city level, the county level and even at the town level.

Again.........the dem party has just become a party of whores!

Just wondering DVR-if you were up for Town chair, how is it that TJ unseated BC?  Where were you in that mess?  Not interested in Parks and Rec but would like to know exazctly who sits on this committee.  Why not list them?

Mr. Cooke resigned on his own.  No one unseated him.  What part of that don't you understand??????????????

Tony J arranged for the removal of BC because he supported Bob Godlewski and the Party hates him.

kelly, that is an absolute lie .. Mr. Cooke resigned on his own.   NO ONE asked him to resign.  In fact, when he announced that he was resigning it shocked EVERYONE present at the meeting.

Somebody better straighten this mess out or the Republicans will be killing you at the polls come November.  Mr. Parks and Rec you better muster up courage and speak out for the traditional Democrats who are being pushed aside for Democrats who have no brains and are power hungry.  Rotterdam, always the laughing stock, could lose their grip and place.

Good Shabbos to all whichever day you keep.

No one was "pushed aside" and your attempt to insult the integrity and intelligence of the UNPAID residents who have give a year and half of service to the town on this commission -- is deplorable.

The one who claims that she was "pushed aside" was welcome when she arrived at the meeting on Monday .. given the same information that everyone else was given and allowed to participate as much as anyone else.

So -- this topic has been exhausted .. IMHO ... I have said what needed to be said to set the record straight.    No further comments will be posted by me on this thread.

Looks like TJ is still getting the 'elite treatment'. He was obviously hand picked to be the spokesperson for the support of the taxing district for REMS. He made the circuit with the same speech trying to sell it to the taxpayers. People suspect he was hand picked by the 'new elite dems' to 'brainwash' the taxpayers into this scam.

The 'old time' dems were smart enough to stay clear of that issue. They saw what happened to the reps when they publicly supported this extra tax. The same fate is in store for the 'elite dems'.

You sound like idiots at Bethesda House. Did Bill Cook take early retirement too? No one believes you. This has Landslide Savage's fingerprints all over it. He was thrown out the window by a bunch of ingrates. BTW, an elected official should never take Chairmanship. It's a inherent conflict of interest. Once elected, you should resign from the party committee. Everyone knows this. Is Tony going to nominate Tony again? Absolute power....

I have to agree with ya on this one.

Back in the day..........traditional dems and reps could coexist together respectfully.

The reps have OBVIOUSLY had their share of issues and hopefully will unite and return to their traditional conservative roots and the traditional dems will unite and give the elite liberals the boot and take back their party.

So did Erwin Rommel and Richard Nixon. Why do you insist on deluding yourself, or do you just think that the 99% of the people in town who KNOW what is going on are all ignorant stooges? What an insult you make to all of these people.

"While Foreign Terrorists were plotting to murder and maim using homemade bombs in Boston, Democrap officials in Washington DC, Albany and here were busy watching ME and other law abiding American Citizens who are gun owners and taxpayers, in an effort to blame the nation's lack of security on US so that they could have a political scapegoat."

I believe you are the one that is ignorant.  Since I was present at the meeting and you were NOT - I know whathappened.
The fact of the matter is that Mr. Cooke was not ousted or booted or voted out --- he resigned on his own and almost 6 weeks passed before the new chairperson was elected.
So you are the one who is deluding yourself and you are certainly not one of the folks who knows what is goingon within the party and, quite frankly, within the town.

That isn't the word on the street. It is still unconscionable what you did to Lisa D.
