Why would you make people leave their homes and drive to down hall to get an answer?????????   You state you are the chairperson of a town government committe, and as it's spokes person you are obligated to the taxpayers of the town (doesn't matter whether it's an unpaid or a paid position), and you should be answering questions from the people.   As the chairperson of a government committeee, you are obligated to be open about everything and if asked, you need to answer peoples questions.

So, all the meetings here, tell us who is on the committeee.  It's pubic information and you can't keep it a secret

DV responds on January 29 aout 10:30 at night:

The information is available at town hall.  There is no legal statute that requires me to place the names of  private citizens who serve on the commission on this website.

BTW -- You claim to be a resident of the city so I have no obligation to answer any questions from you.

I wrote asking where did I claim to be a resident of the city.....   ?????

Second time I'm asking you for a response to your commnent.  Just can't reply when you know you're wrong

Optimists close their eyes and pretend problems are non existent.
Better to have open eyes, see the truths, acknowledge the negatives, and
speak up for the people rather than the politicos and their rich cronies.

The DEMS like to talk a good game about openness and transparency but that's all it is talk. Same thing in the City-at every City Council meeting there is a list of Mayor's appointments. No names-no residences. If anyone heard how many City appointments went to nonresidents they would demand mass resignations. Typical hide the ball.

The lady is totally unqualified for this appointment. But so are all the others. What's funny is decided to go wide with it.

No, like the one off Dunnsville Road.

Dunnsville Road, the original edition, part 2, or THE WALL on part 3?  Don't worry, give them a little time over at Golub, they'll just decide that they want to rip down all of Dolan Drive and use the existing road to be the new Dunnsville Road again.  Soon, Dunnsville Road will be renamed Golub Road, as they have paid so many times to move it, they must own it.  It gets moved every time they want to do something.  How much of that is at taxpayer expense?

I posted the time and place for our monthly meetings -- other have posted it as well --  the schedule was also given to the Supervisor's Office and the Town Clerk's Office to be put up on the official bulletin boards and website of the town.    A copy was sent to the Daily Gazette as well.

I have not had the schedule written across the sky by an airplane or posted to all the telephone poles in town --- but a reasonable effort has been made to let folks know when and where the meetings are.

Also, people do not have to drive to town hall to ask for the information -- the town hall has an interesting device that allows people to talk to people miles away --- they call it a telephone.      355-7575 is the number.

First, ya you are.

Second - if you say it's "CLOSED" - it really doesn't matter a hill of beans. The discussion can and will continue, with or without you.  But I bet you can't help to respond in the future.

See, I knew it.

I read here that democrapicvoodoorepeater has egg on his face and is over-ruled by the party and now has to accept Lisa on the volunteer parks committee. I wonder, after bashing the hell out of her for weeks, how he feels now.

"While Foreign Terrorists were plotting to murder and maim using homemade bombs in Boston, Democrap officials in Washington DC, Albany and here were busy watching ME and other law abiding American Citizens who are gun owners and taxpayers, in an effort to blame the nation's lack of security on US so that they could have a political scapegoat."
