THANK GOD FOR THE NEW DEMOCRAP TEAM WORKING TOGETHER WORKS! THE BEST IS YET TO COME!

I've always found the town roads to be good, ours was plowed around 5 in the morning.   And this has been the case whether dems or reps were leading the town.

But look at the city of Schenectady - absolutely atrocious

Our road was kept clean.  Great job.

The Rotterdam roads were "ok" this morning when I left.  Not too bad but a little slick.  Schenectady side streets were another story.  It was so bad that it was one lane and when I had to pull to the side to let another car through, I got stuck.  When I went back through this afternoon though, it was cleaned out pretty good.  Still winding around parked cars that werent moved but the road was clean.  Albany Street was slick this morning too.  Went to get my coffee at DD and slid a couple of times.  But that too was cleaned up in the afternoon.  This was all before 8am though.

Except when John Denny was Hwy Super.  He spent snow storms gettin snookered at Tommy's Hideaway.  Only Hwy Super to get beat in Rotterdam because of failed snow storm coverage.  He was a disaster!!!  IMHO

Between 10 AM and 12 noon today, the main roads in the town were good -- not great -- as well as the main roads in Bellevue.    Can't say anything about after that  except that Route 158 looks very good right now.

I can tell you that the side roads in Schenectady are deplorable.  I was heading towards Albany on Albany Street, where there was an accident near the corner of Kings Road.  The detour essentially sent you back streets so you could cut back over to Albany Street.  At least that's the way that I went, as it was a more direct route to where I was going than driving all the way down Kings Road.  I was following behind 2 other cars and we were driving on roads that looked as though plows had not come down yet.  I wonder how emergency personnel would get to any of those houses when someone has an emergency.  Do they get a plow to drive in front of them then?
