Just heard on the news the state department of transp has 170 plows ready to handle this storm.

Initeresting, the state has a fiscal problem, someone who posts on these boards recently said he believes the state taxpayers should fund NYSTI and other "arts and culture"

Wonder if he thinks snow plowing should be cut so the arts can be funded


Optimists close their eyes and pretend problems are non existent.  
Better to have open eyes, see the truths, acknowledge the negatives, and
speak up for the people rather than the politicos and their rich cronies.
