Like him or not, I thinnk it's unfair to belittle his decision...at times like this I think any President SHOULD be in Washington or visit Arizona......sorry if my comment is unpopulrt, but I think it's the right decision to postpone. And to compare his position and responsibility to ours in this situation....how can you even think that?  Sometimes our frustration with the political system and politics in general tend to cloud what would normally be a more rational thought process.

I totally agree.  He should be in AZ for the funeral of the federal judge that was murdered.

if Tuesday happens to be the funeral then so be it...if not then no need to postpone....hopefully it will remain rational and not feeling

I am sure he will rescedule, but by then the snow will melt and all the trash will be visible on I-890 when he drives by.

The real reason is a member of the county legislature
When she listed her attire
And the" pink" jacket was listed the vist was postponed until she could get something more "fitting " to complement the president

And I hear the whitehouse went to western NY  to get staff to work the meeting because the staff at proctors and SPAC  was......

A trip to schenectady is not a priority! This tragedy just took him temporarily off of his eternal campaign trail!

Do have to say that the President was in Asia this past Veterans Day and not in NYC this past 9/11 (he was at the Pentagon, but with the responders bill up in the air, he should have at least visited the site). He does have an obligation to attend funerals of this fallen Judge, but he should also be present at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier and at the Twin Towers to honor the many Americans who have lost their lives.

If he was MIA intentionally or the only President to ever miss these events, I wouls agree with you....check back and you'll see he's not the only one.
