I was speaking of Schenectady in terms of the WHOLE county.   If you can't comprehend that, that is your
problem - not mine.

As for the president, he visited an overseas American military cemetery (and all overseas American military
cemeteries are considered "US soil" as are our embassies and consulates.   Again, if you can't comprehend
that basic concept - that is YOUR problem - not mine.

Central dispatch is a great idea.   Consolidating services and eventually consolidating the actual
municipalities and tax districts -- long overdue and, also, great ideas.

     It's going to be more than 13% as stated by Jason Platte. That's just salary increases. This years budget is a total fraud depending on back taxes {that no one will pay} to balance. In the meantime hundreds of additional properties are going into foreclosure. By mid-year these DEM fiscal incompetents will be borrowing to pay expenses. Just like they were doing when the worst Mayor in Schenectady history took over.

               I would prefer to see Obama meet with 30 City residents and have them show him their property taxes, school taxes, and last year's federal income taxes.  This should show why the City is crumbling.  For DVoR we could have fiscal desert, like Metrograft doing a presentation on tax dollars brought in vs. tax payer's dollars paid out.  A great opportunity to highlight the "renaissance"!

         It's not just the Kool Aid.  What's sad, really sad, is the total lack of compassion for those sacrificing to hang on, and basically slaves to the taxes.  I guess that explains why s/he lives the lifestyle they do.  To publicly tout how great this is just shows how pathetic the messenger really is!
