The agenda for next week's PC meeting follows. Re: Item 2 of agenda--- Looks like the "applicant"/developer for the lots on Duff Bambury Court wants yet another favor. Yes, ladies and gentlemen, according to the Legal Notices in the 10/9/2010 Daily Gazette, the taxes on these lots are UNPAID!

Public Hearing review to convert ±1,100 square feet of the first floor of a single
family residence into an insurance office and continue to utilize the second (±1,100
square feet) and third floor as a residence on a ±0.348 acre parcel. Engineer: Ingalls
& Associates.
2. Becker’s Crossing Phases IV & V – Becker Drive. The applicant requests removal
of the requirement for the installation of sanitary sewer infrastructure on Duff
Bambury Court and fifteen (15) proposed residential lots. Engineer: ABD Engineers
and Surveyors

This is the case with most ALL properties in rotterdam. So that means they can be delinquent on their taxes??  |
