Rotterdam Democrats are PUMPED UP with excitement for our team.
Up early --- one last day of phone calls and driving people to the polls -- then wait for the
results to come in -- as we celebrate many victories on all levels.

Have a great day -- even you folks on the "other side".

Our tyrant has called us enemies. I didn't coin the phrase. Someday it might come up at his trial.

"While Foreign Terrorists were plotting to murder and maim using homemade bombs in Boston, Democrap officials in Washington DC, Albany and here were busy watching ME and other law abiding American Citizens who are gun owners and taxpayers, in an effort to blame the nation's lack of security on US so that they could have a political scapegoat."

BOSTON -- Telecommunications company Comcast said massive numbers of automatically dialed political telephone calls caused service problems in New England Monday night.

Comcast spokesman Marc Goodman said that the company experienced severe call volumes on its phone network due to an increase in inbound political phone calls. Goodman said in a statement Monday that Comcast believed that other phone carriers in New Hampshire and Massachusetts experienced similar issues.

A Comcast spokesman in Philadelphia, Charlie Douglas, said the volume of calls dropped precipitously starting at about 8:30 p.m., easing the service problems. He said only the New Hampshire area and perhaps parts of Massachusetts appeared to have been affected.

Calls to and from Comcast phones were affected.

The problem appears to have begun early Monday afternoon with reports of problems in Easton, Hanover, Hull, Sharon, Medfield, Hartford, Holyoke and Dover, N.H.

The Philadelphia-based company said congestion resulting from the calls Monday night forced it to reroute phone traffic.

"As soon as we were made aware of the congestion this was causing, we began to re-route traffic around it. At the same time, we are working hard to identify the carrier that owns the originating telephone numbers generating these unusual traffic volumes in an attempt to address the situation," Goodman said in a statement released Monday night.

The outages came as political campaigns hit the phones to woo voters before Tuesday's midterm elections. The New Hampshire Democratic Party said it lost phone service at local campaign offices at 11 locations around the state.

I agree with you that his comment was inappropriate.

Oh right but Bush called folks "evil doers" and that was ok.  Bush said after 9-11 "if your not with us your against us" that was ok.  Get it straight.

I believe in the statement Bush made ... that you cite .. he was talking about foreign countries ... either
be with us or against us.  At least that is how I understood it back then.

Obama was actually referring to his fellow Americans ... while a politician might privately think that ...
saying it publicly is inappropriate.

Bush didn't call his political opponents "evil doers", he was talking about terrorists, and he wasn't speaking to democrats when he said "if your not with us your against us".  He was talking to foriegn nations haboring terrorists, you dolt.
