According to the latest Siena poll both the NYS Comptroller and Attorney General's race are tied! This is a huge pick up for former Fulton County resident Harry Wilson {R,I,C} who was 17 points behind in the last poll. His endorsement by both the DEM NY Times and Albany Times Union must be helping.

Also on a roll is Staten Island's Dan Donovan {R,C} who is tied in his race for Attorney General. Voters are starting to wake up about Al Sharpton's buddy Eric Schneiderman. Do you really want Rev Al to have an office in the AG's? If not-vote for Dan Donovan.

I am not surprised by those poll numbers.   I have been saying that Wilson and Donovan would probably
win their respective races since early September.

Are you nuts?  Schneiderman is way ahead.  Where did you get these numbers from.  I also suspect DiNapoli will win too.  If he doesn't, I don't blame him.  He cam in at a difficult time.  Don't believe he had plans for this--just ended up there.  He has done a decent job.  But Schneiderman is in.  And we should be lucky to have him.  He is an excellent attorney and has been an excellent senator--not like some of those other fools like Espada, Montserrat and others.

State Senator Eric Scheiderman blew his minor 7 point lead. He is an extreme liberal State Senator from the Upper West Side. He has no support north of 122nd Street. He's so liberal he's actually to the left of Paul Tonko-if that's possible. The AEG State Senate scandal-where he says he knew nothing is not helping him. Dan Donovan is pulling away.

As far as local boy Harry Wilson when even the liberal NY Times and Albany Times Union endorse a REP-how pathetic is your opponent? DiNapoli has been a joke of a Comptroller and needs to be thrown out.

New York has a history of voting for one party for Governor and another party for either the Attorney-General
or Comptroller.     2006 was one of the few exceptions to that "practice".

I think the fact that Wilson has upstate ties, has real experience as an accountant/auditor, and is not an
"Albany insider" makes him an attractive alternative to DiNapoli.

Quite honestly, my choice for Attorney-General didn't win the Democratic primary .. and Schneiderman was my
least favorite of the choices   .... so .. quite honestly -- I will either vote for Donovan or not vote for either
man.

Harry Wilson{R,I,C} has erased a 17 point lead for his opponent. Dan Donovan{R,C} has erased his opponents 7 point lead. DEMS are worried about poor voter turnout in NYC. They should be.

Working together does work on the State level either. DVR is right about the need for checks and balances in Statewide offices. We need a change in the Comptroller's Office. We need a prosecutor in the Attorney General's to crack down on public corruption.
