There is only 500 calories in a McRib sandwich .... if one skips the fries and substitutes water for the regular
Coke --- the 500 calorie sandwich is a healthy midday meal. One does not have to starve oneself to lose
weight -- as for my weight -- which is really none of your business -- my physician is happy that I have taken
off 30 pounds in the past year and happier still with my overall good health (blood pressure, sugar level and
cholesterol).
I feel good about myself as I am -- even if I lost 80 pounds to get back to weight I was the day I graduated
high school -- I would feel just as good about myself -- as I am.
The folks who make fun of other people's body shape are the one's with the problem --
and the problem is called "fat headedness". So the next time you feel like attacking me personally -- weight
or whatever --- I suggest that you make an appointment with a psychiatrist and solve your own problems. |

I wouldn't eat a McRib sandwich every day or every month.. in fact, I haven't had one in a few years .. and I don't make a habit of eating "fast food" sandwiches. Completely depriving oneself of certain favorite foods is not healthy -- so a McRib sandwich every few years is a good thing ... just like I look forward to my 1 piece of pecan pie at Thanksgiving --- then wait another year to enjoy my favorite piece of pie. |

I admit that I stop at McDonalds in the morning for coffee. Once in a great while I might grab something to eat for breakfast. I really dont like fast food but the coffee there is good. As for the new one, I do think it looks great. I havent stopped there yet although I do pass it every day. |
