my understanding is that members of the upper management team of town hall have a problem with what information "members of the press" have access to
Information comes out of town hall 2 ways by management or staff. with management not talking, that leaves ......

Bobby G. is asking any town employee that received the email to forward it to his email with all of the names of the people it was cc'd to so Bobby can find the "leak". Bobby I think the only leak at town hall is the one oozing air from between your ears.
