there are rapists and shooters running loose in schenectady county. There are businesses that developed with the already overburdened taxpayers money. And yet Savage, Stratton and Gillen have the NERVE to give these businesses a tax exempt status! And people want to know why schenectady county is the highest taxed in the state?????? And the 19th highest in the country????
Where the hell is the taxpayers return on their investment???
