    9.1 percent for Fulton County, vs. 8.9 percent and 9.3 percent.
    8.5 percent for Montgomery County, vs. 8.7 percent and 8.7 percent.
5.9 percent in Saratoga County, vs. 5.9 percent and 6.2 percent. 7.1 percent in Schenectady County, vs. 7.5 percent and 7.5 percent. 7.5 percent in Schoharie County, vs. 8.1 percent and 7.5 percent.
