If you have an air freshener hanging from your rear view mirror, you will get a ticket if a Rotterdam cop sees it. Thought I'd share that with y'all. You know the air fresheners that are trees, or candle shaped? Yep, those. Tis'against the law. lol Obstruction of view.  No it wasn't I that was ticketed. Someone I know was. |

It's also illegal to have anything hanging from your mirror; radar detector or GPS mounted on windshield, too.
Usually they wil lnot write you up for those, unless they stop you for something and you give them a hard time....then they pile it on. |

Agreed. Something more must have transpired. I know it is illegal......but there are people driving everywhere with 'something or another, hanging off their mirror. Perhaps the town just needed more money, huh? |

Friend got stopped in parking lot here for unsafe left turn. Tried to be funny and asked cop if he could go home now after meeting his quota...wrote her up for GPS on windshield and dealers license plate frame on her plates....before leaving he looked at her and said "NOW I have my quota!" |
