It has come to my attention that cat lovers in Rotterdam are upset with all the discussion about
a dog park for the town. They have requested that we consider a cat park to be built in one of
our parks -- they even suggested that we reinstall the skateboard equipment .. because there is
great feline interest in skateboarding. |

we've had a free litter box in this town forever.....it just never gets cleaned because there is no money in the budget to pay someone to clean it....... |
