I had the same thought.....................he wouldn't of lasted 20min.........blanket party, yeah, or when I was stationed in Germany our barracks were on the 3rd floor, it wasn't uncommon to hang some twit out a window and threaten to drop him if he didn't get his act together................we once took a guys bunk (with him in it dead drunk) and pushed it halfway out the window and then threw some water on him to wake him up   priceless   ............

In Nam he would have been sleeping in his bunk and never hear the pin being pulled!!!!

The fact is that Frank Del Gallo made a promise to donate the monument and he should keep his promise.

I'm not an fdg fan......but he did pay for it when he refused his salary. Just like the senior gossip center kitchen....yes? It reallydidn't cost the rotterdam taxpayers a dime since the super's salary was already in the budget. UNLIKE THE ALS $$$ !!

Another instance of DEM lies. This was sold as a tax free memorial. To be paid for from FDG's meager salary. Now it comes out that the promises were greater than the pay off. Could care less if the money comes from FDG, the Town DEMS, the County DEM slush fund, someone must honor this pledge. Not the taxpayers who already have the 10th worst taxes in the region because of these DEM morons. The taxpayers have had enough of these lies and over promises.
Too bad there is no town REP to blame this debacle on eh DVR/Hamburger/GG/SB, et al?
