Earlier Friday, the Obamas were greeted by Gov. John Baldacci and U.S. Rep. Mike Michaud, D-2nd District, when they arrived in Trenton about 12:25 p.m.
The president was the first to walk onto the tarmac, dressed casually in a pale blue Oxford shirt and khakis. A few minutes later, the first lady, dressed in black capris, a tank-top and sandals, walked onto the runway. Shortly afterward, Malia and Sasha joined their parents.
Baldacci and his wife, Karen, presented the family with gift bags full of Maine-made goodies, including baskets made by the Passamaquoddy Tribe, popcorn from Little Lad's Bakery in East Corinth, iconic L.L. Bean bags, University of Maine ice hockey hats, and an assortment of other Maine foods and books.
Karen Baldacci said the bags for Malia and Sasha contained one loon toy and one chickadee toy that sound their natural calls.
Arriving in a small jet before the Obamas was the first dog, Bo, a Portuguese water dog given as a present by the late U.S. Sen Ted Kennedy, D-Mass.; and the president's personal aide Reggie Love, who chatted with Baldacci.
Oh, for the record, 18months into office, this is his 7th vacation - and 200+ hours on the golf course. Please note, that's not GULF COAST, it's GOLF COURSE.
Presidents Ronald Reagan, George H.W. Bush and George W. Bush spent more time on "vacation" during their first year than President Obama did. Presidents Jimmy Carter and Bill Clinton spent less time on "vacation."

I dare say, none of them have been "on vacation" during the time of one of the most significant natural disasters happening in the Gulf, nor at a time when Americans are struggling to save every penny because they don't know if they'll have food on their tables, a roof over their heads or healthcare for their families.
I dare say, none of them have been "on vacation" during the time of one of the most significant natural disasters ...
Really???
How about a "disaster' following the Sept11th attacks or the INVASION of two countries??? Do you think that counts???
President Bush has spent all or part of 166 days during his presidency at his Crawford, Texas, ranch or en route. Add the time spent at or en route to the presidential retreat of Camp David and at the Bush family estate in Kennebunkport, Maine, and Bush has taken 250 days off as of August 2003. That's 27% of his presidency spent on vacation. Although to be fair, much of this time is classified as a "working vacation."

It doesn't matter if obama is in the white house or not. He is just the front man aka puppet for the national socialists. obama is not qualified to be pres just like bush wasn't. They were 'selected'. obama is told what to say, how to act and what to do. And he does it well. He's a good comrade. They all are!

~149 visits to Camp David, for all or part of 487 days.
~77 visits to his Crawford TX ranch, for all or part 490 days.
~Which makes a total of: 228 vacations for a total of all or part of 977 days... OR, A Grand Total of: 2 years, 8 months and 7 days on Vacation while president.
So tell me again... How many days has Obama been on vacation??? HUH? I can't hear you???

Do the math... George Worst Bush was president for 8 years, 2920 days. GWB was president for 240 days BEFORE the Sept 11 attacks. George Worse Bush was on vacation for 977 days... Even if GWB took the first 8 months off from his presidency... he still would been on vacation another 737 days AFTER the Sept 11 attacks.
I kind of appreciate GWB being on vacation... just think of how much worse off we'd be if he was actually at work doing damage for those other 977 days.

Obama has spent 33 days on vacation in his first 18 months in office... But GWB spent 96 days on vacation in his first 18 months.
Almost three times as much vacation days as Obama...

Is this what you call a dialog??? A discussion??? A joke???
Are you really that petty? I could if I tried hard enough find out most of the days that George Worst Bush was on vacation... it is public knowledge. But I've already proven my point... Conservatives are pointing fingers at Obama on vacation IS A CRIME... GWB taking three times that amount IS OK.
If you really want to know that info... LOOK for IT!
