If you had watched her on "On The Record" in an interview with Greta Van Susteren about the immigration the Napolitano appeared to come across as a babbling idiot in the way she answered questions.

I think that's part of the problem in the whole of the administration - she, and others, just don't have a CLUE what they're doing, they're flying by their bootstraps and hoping it all comes out looking good.
