Who are you? I guess he's in favor of the Obama agenda? The problem is that the students are too well dressed. If they were wearing a tent then the answers would flow.

I would press charges and then sue him in civil court as well, using the best lawyers I could get. This is what democraps would do. Take a page from them. Of course the kid is a white, middle class American, and he isn't wearing a used maxi pad on his head like some muzzie terrorist, so the liberal police and courts would not be very sympathetic, they are in the pockets of teh democraps.

"While Foreign Terrorists were plotting to murder and maim using homemade bombs in Boston, Democrap officials in Washington DC, Albany and here were busy watching ME and other law abiding American Citizens who are gun owners and taxpayers, in an effort to blame the nation's lack of security on US so that they could have a political scapegoat."

He's responded:

http://etheridge.house.gov/News/DocumentSingle.aspx?DocumentID=190412

Washington, DC, Jun 14 - U.S. Rep. Bob Etheridge (D-Lillington) released the following statement on the viral video which appeared on the internet today:

“I have seen the video posted on several blogs.  I deeply and profoundly regret my reaction and I apologize to all involved.  Throughout my many years of service to the people of North Carolina, I have always tried to treat people from all viewpoints with respect. No matter how intrusive and partisan our politics can become, this does not justify a poor response.  I have and I will always work to promote a civil public discourse.”

Oh, it seems that YouTube has pulled the video - another copy can be found at EyeBlast

If that gets pulled too - I've got a copy

Ya, that sounded sincere - not.

He's fighting to save his career - which, isn't looking very long lived at this point.

This moron should be arrested today. He apologized? Big Deal. If you want to PO a DEM just ask if they support Obama. Try this with Farmer Paul Tonko {member of the House Dairy Committee} and watch him explode.

I can think of lots of people that REALLY deserve jail... but unfortunately it will never happen.

(George W Bush, Dick Cheney, Donald Rumsfled)

Congressman Etheridge is guilty of, at worst, simple assault...
Others are guilty of causing the deaths of thousands, but will never see the inside of a jail.

philosophy; that is, the search for a superior moral justification for selfishness.

Arrogant bastard!

And yes, I agree boxy....there are plenty more who could and should be kicked out of office. For decades our elected officials have ripped our constitution to threads while we just stood by idly and watched. From imposing federal laws on sovereign states, like abortion, gay marraige and health care just to name a few. These decisions should be left up to the states to decide for themselves instead of the white house or 9 judges in black robes! That is nonsense!!!

Our founding fathers tried to protect the states from federal rule, and yet it has come to fruition!

It's time to take your country, state, local government back people!

Do you still support Obama's policies Box? Farmer Paul? Son of Sam? Obama who? Never heard of him.

This idiot Congressman is finished in politics. His antics would be supported here (we still have Congressman Rangel) but never in North Carolina. Funny to read the support he is getting from the lunatic left.
