TROY, N.Y. -- A Troy father and son are under arrest, accused of sexually abusing the same young girl, police said.
40-year Scott Wolf and his 18-year old son, Robert Wolf were arraigned at the Rensselaer County Courthouse Monday afternoon. Court documents allege that both father and son raped and had repeated sexual contact with a 10-year old girl between the years of 2008 and 2009.
Both Wolf's have been charged with misdemeanor endangering the welfare of a child. In addition, Scott Wolf has been charged with felony predatory sexual assault and Robert Wolf with 1st degree felony course of sexual conduct with a child.
Robert Wolf's attorney is fighting to get youthful offender status for his client due to the time in which the alleged crimes occurred.
This is not Scott Wolf's first run-in with the law. He was arrested back in 2005 for apparently going on the internet and trying to convince what he thought was a young girl to have sex with him.
