It was a political hatchet job -- plain and simple  ---  the GOP wanted her out and their thugs set her up.  The facts are known by those who matter -- and the statute of limitations has not run out.

You may have an open mind .. or may not .. but this is not the venue to present the evidence  and I am not stupid enough to fall for the continued requests to discuss the matter further.

DANG IT DV!!!!!!!!!    Then explain why EE MADFE A CHOICE----A CHOICE----A CHOICE to notarize without the person being there and without personally witnessing the signature??????

AGain, DV, tell us, was someone litterally holding a gun to her head????????????

Optimists close their eyes and pretend problems are non existent.
Better to have open eyes, see the truths, acknowledge the negatives, and
speak up for the people rather than the politicos and their rich cronies.

Why not answer a question for once instead of your nasty BS...Is there valid proof to show that she did or did not violate the ethics of her position? An ethical violation in Industry is a serious breach and carries a stiff consequence with it.  So if she did do something like I have read, than it unfortuantely blemishes many good years of service and becomes a black mark that will remain with her longer than her good service.

People have been shifted around town hall for years looking for notary publics.  There are commissioner of deeds roaming Town Hall.  This was a setup based on timing.  A week before election. Who knew the person was dead before they were sent to EE?  Why was this person told by the ASSESSOR"S OFFICE to go to Eunice for a notary?  Why did the ASSESSOR"S OFFICE bring it to Gerard Parisi's attention the weekend before the election when the deadline was months away?  Why was Kelly Bigmouth the chosen one to call EE out?  This is the only questionable STAR filing in the history of the STAR program? Parisi and Surprise set her up and still lost in the end!!!!!

And you want us to believe that Parisi and Surprise weren't unethical in their behavior?  Move on.  Their all stale as week old mortadella on JD's Perecca's bread.  Now there's is a real "ethical" award winner. Practice what you preach Peeps!!

Regardless of the accuracy of these allegations, THE FACTS ARE, EE NOTARIZED A DECEASED INDIVIDUAL'S SIGNATURE!  Setup or not, EE failed to fulfill her obligation as a notary, OMG why is this so hard to understand???

Because she was a very well liked individual, people can't get past that.  The fact that she violated a cardinal rule of her position is just something that people like DMOR refuse to understand and comprehend...guess it's too complex. I was sent a gift from a Supplier overseas that was of a value more that $25.....it was unsolicited and I immeidately informed my Supervisor and the appropriate people of the gift.  It is against our policy to accept such a gift......now I am told that I am liked and have been a valued asset and key individual within my company.  Had I kept that gift and not informed anyone, I would have violated one of our cardinal rules...even if someone had sent it to me as a setup to get me in trouble.  So, knowing what my responsibilities and boundaries are, I reported it and turned it in to be donated to charity.  Had I not done that THEN I COULD HAVE BEEN FIRED, and I knew that.........not having the person standing in front of you, a duly sworn notary, to sign the document is ILLEGAL...and you as a duly sworn notary ALREADY KNOW THAT...setup or not....so DON'T DO IT!!!!!  It's that simple......DMOR, can you understand???

Umm...Didn't she notarize the document two years in a row? If so, that would certainly cast doubt about the so-called set up. Certainly, Parisi and Surprised discovered it. But set up? Bollucks, I say.

Did Eunice sign the dead person's name????  That is the misdeed.  AND DID THE PERSON LOSE THE EXEMPTION???????  Surprise knew the spouse was dead...made no difference what so ever....I have info that the person had a POA....thought because the deceased was still listed as an owner that they needed to sign the affadavit.  C'mon folks this was a setup that blew up on Parisi, Surprise, Fiorillo, Tomassone and Kelly Bigmouth.  Pretty comical that you idiot posters keep beating this horse like it some how matters now.  ROTFLMAO so hard I spit out my teeth...... Move on, pick up your toys and pull the lever for Diane Marco!!!!

It wasn't a set-up, it was common practice in that office for decades.

OK Peeper's here it is plain and simple, a notaries duty is to WITNESS the signature of any person asking to have a signature notarized. DONE! PERIOD! I have been telling the know it all of Rottendam DV (never seen such an uninformed person in my life)the same as I will tell you, to me this is not about EE or any individual, it is about the responsibilty of a notary.  My signifigent other is a notary and much like the amazing individual you and DV are screaming for she was asked to help a shut-in with a notary signature.  So she said, yes I will be happy to help, when can we go to their house and take care of it.  That is what she did, plain and simple, knowing who you are I think you will get that, know who DV is, please I am done trying to explain to him.  So as for all the set-up crap and who did or didn't do something, please, EE is a nice lady, got it, but no person signing in front of her, she simply should have said sorry I can't do that.  It is indeed Black and White.ANd one last time no matter who did this type of action as a notary I would feel the same way and would tell them that was just dumb and wrong!  I wait for the day that I see, hear or read that you and the EE supporters say, although she is a great lady, she should not have notarized a signature without the presents of the person, no matter how sweet she is, I mean REALLY

Notarize, not STAR dumba$$.  Let's not forget the handicap tags.  No medical documentation necessary.  Just ask, and you shall receive.

No one disputes that people have been directed to Notaries around Town Hall.

If this was a set up based on timing then I would imagine those accused of the "set up" would have publicized the matter before the election, not months
after.

It doesn't matter whether anyone knew the person was dead for years before EE notarized the signature of the deceased...all that matters is that EE
knew that the signer was not present and knowingly witnessed the sworn signature of someone else....by her own admission.

I was not "chosen" for anything....I made a compassionate plea to EE to resign with the legendary status she should have had...rather than allow this
to cloud her legacy. You should have done the same for your Aunt, Peeper....just as I asked you to do back then....but you and the rest of her family
shamefully milked it for all it was worth until she had no choice but to resign...long after the damage was done.

Tell me Tony....do you plan to blame everyone else for your own bad decisions too??? Or are you still working on covering them up?
