What is your problem with the zoning? The company purchased the property legally and when the last TB (the one financially backed by Rotterdam Ventures) tried to screw Sync out of it we got all this trouble. The last TB wanted Sync to just give Rotterdam Ventures an access road (the 3rd, not the 2nd like others have said) to get zoning. Honestly wtf, the property has been residential for 60 years, why is this even being discussed?
I think there is much more to this than most think....REALLY!!! Rotterdam has been scammed and they will find out sooner than later! REALLY!
