I can summarize in advance as to the focus of this investigation: There will be three things determined.

1) The "man" and white culture (especially Republicans) are to blame.
2) law abiding gun owners and the Second Amendment is a root cause of this tragedy and the police obviously have a lot of the blame too.
3) The taxpayers need to create even more layers of government programs and spend far more of working peoples' money to combat such gun violence in the inner city.

So the DA and police "investigators" can just use my synopsis to make their case on this one.

"While Foreign Terrorists were plotting to murder and maim using homemade bombs in Boston, Democrap officials in Washington DC, Albany and here were busy watching ME and other law abiding American Citizens who are gun owners and taxpayers, in an effort to blame the nation's lack of security on US so that they could have a political scapegoat."

This was an innocent person and the man protecting his household was branded the criminal. As predicted yesterday, i was right again.

There are a lot of questions that need to be answered. Why was Park in a strangers house and what were his intentions. Was he on some kind of drug prescription or other. Why didn't he leave when asked to do so and why did he continue to keep advancing towards the homeowners? I really don't care whether he was a good teacher or not it has no bearing on the case as to what he was doing in that house.

The liberal media, academe, the police unions, the prosecutors, and all other liberal socialists and statists all seem to want to hang the homeowner, imprison him and bankrupt him for defending his abode against this intruder (who everyone claims is a saint because he coached little league so therefore he should have been allowed by the homeowner to do what ever he wanted in there.) I think differently. I guess I am alone. I doubt there was anything in there worth that jackass losing his life over, and now he found out. Anyway, the outrage from the left is immense and constitutionalists and conservatives have let that poor couple hang out to dry with nary a peep...shame on you all.

As long as the intruder made the couple fear for their lives and made a threatening advance toward the homeowners they had a right to defend themselves. Down the road some more facts may come to light that will prove the intruder wasn't the saint everyone thought he was.

This whole thing just does not make any sense. There has to be much more to this than we or the authorities know. If you tell an intruder who is wandering about your home at 1 in the morning to get out or I will shoot. And the intruder starts toward you what else could you do. I think we have a right to protect our family and property.

There is quite a silence....deafening is a better word.......

...you are a product of your environment, your environment is a product of your priorities, your priorities are a product of you......

The replacement of morality and conscience with law produces a deadly paradox.

The Albany teacher shot dead when he entered the wrong Amherst home through an unlocked door last month had a blood-alcohol level more than double the legal limit for driving, sources close to the case told the Buffalo News.

The newspaper is reporting that recently completed toxicology test show Park's blood-alcohol content was .18 percent. New York's legal limit for driving while intoxicated is .08 percent.

Well, that automatically absolves him of any guilt, apparently. Even though I read that saints don't drink. Some right-wing, Christian, gun-toting, Club for Growth, Reaganite registered Republican liquor store owning, KKK member must have forced it on him, just like the evil bank that tricked Faisal Shahzad into taking a mortgage cause him to blow up a Pathfinder when he sadly defaulted on his mortgage. It is never anyone's fault, except "The (white) Man."
