In all fairness, I grew up in a town much smaller than Rotterdam (where everybody REALLY knew your business) and this kind of thing happened every now and again. More frequently than one would think. I don't view it as a threat to my existence - just an occasional nuisance. I'll take it, I suppose - could always be worse!

And they have been going on by whom......That's right, youth with no respect for anything other than their own stuff. 3 of my former neighbors had cameras installed because of such shenanigans.
There are many people in rotterdam who have inside/outside security cameras. What a world, huh?
