Hot is not hot enough, they gotta be the "hot dayum" kind so I sometimes add extra hot sauce and cayenne pepper.  Spicy both going in and coming out if ya know what I mean.

I agree with you....they could be hotter....'volcanic'! But they are really the best!

See, that was easy - a nice, simple, adult answer ... not childish cr@p.  Thanks.

If it's a rather sudden occurrence, as it seems to be without employees having been notified, you would think that a "family problem" could be like a medical emergency of a child that needs care, but usually a business person has someone to take care of the business, although some people do hog all the work for themelves--=OK, they are protecting their investment.  If it's a medical issue, hope the person recovers quickly.  But see, generally for a medical reason, I'd think employees would get some notice/info, I mean if someone could take the time to put a noteon the door, then they would have time to call a few employees anyway.

Vacation is always specified.

Remodeling, again, that would probably be announced.  Plus they aren't that old at that location so I doubt it's remodel.

Family problem could be marital where there is issue over the financial rewards or the responsibilities of a business, hope this is not it, Henry seems like he has such a nice family and the darling twins.

There is some notice from last fall in the Times Union about a property tax lien, but it's less than $7,000 that seems like a drop in the bucket for a successful business and that could sometimes have to due with taxes owed until an assessment claim is settled.

Hope everything works out for the good, it is a really good business

It has always been a very lucrative business because they offer excellent products and services.

Another area in Rotterdam going downhill.  Wonder if the Mobil Mart is ever going to re-open.  That place is a mess also.

Well BT you never fail to amaze me with your acute sense of what is going on in the environment.  The Mobile station will probably be open by the middle of next month.  It's a mess???  LOL You are such a joke.  Maybe if you ever did any physical work and you could expand your brain to something that just isn't about you you would understand that it is amazing as much work has been done all winter.  I saw them pouring concrete today.  Looks like the inside has been expanded.  I saw people working there in the cold and in the dark all winter just to hurry the project along.  Keep pushing pencils because everything else you push is BS!

It means they are closed until they decide to open back up.  There must be a reason, and if they wanted nosy busy bodies to know that reason, they would have given one.
